Before starting on how to write a blog post, you must do one most important thing.

Why is it important to overcome your fear?
It is necessary because when you wish to publish your articles on multiple websites and publications, then your fear of not being good at writing always stops you. The concern that you are not good at English so, how will these giant publications will accept you?
If you have ideas, then you are good to go because down below, you are going to learn some basics and some insight tricks that I have learned during my writing journey. It is okay if your writing style is not smooth because it will hopefully change after reading this article and with your efforts.
Now before writing any story, you must know some basic structure of writing. This structure will help you in building strong blog posts. There are three main headers which you should always remember in your life while writing any piece such as essay, article, blog, etc. The three headers are: Having a Story, Structuring, and Conclusion.
2. Have a Story:
If you want to successfully write a story to impress your readers, then forget about the grammar and writing structure. Firstly, the most important thing is the story of an article. If you have a strong story to tell and you believe that it will win the hearts of your audience, then write. Any writing without a story is considered as bad, and people usually do not like such articles that do not give them any insights about any knowledge.
Therefore, build a strong story.
How?
Ask yourself these questions before writing any story.
- What is your story?
- What will the readers learn from it? What is the category of the story (fiction, drama, poem)?
- Do people want to know about it? What are the three primary factors in the story?
These questions will help you to write professionally.
3. Structure:
Now you have a well-established story. The next thing to do is to properly structure your article in such a way that when a person reads, then they will keep on reading without taking a break.
The basic structure of an article writing includes Introduction, Body Paragraphs, and Conclusion.
Introduction: You must build your argument about the story you are going to tell the readers. So, readers could grasp some interest. Explain words, question the readers, or state your point. It is the most crucial paragraph because if it turns out to be boring and dull, then the readers will probably not continue to read the rest of your article.
Body paragraph: It includes a point or sub-points that you want to prove with details and examples. It mainly contains the story along with your main points that you want to communicate with the readers with supporting examples.
4. Conclusion:
Writing a conclusion that beautifully summarizes your whole article into 3 to 4 lines. Most people do not pay attention while writing a well-structured conclusion that may devalue their writing. When you write a closing paragraph known as the conclusion, you must summarize everything so that the reader may revise what they have learned from your article. It tells the reader that they have gained a lot of information within the summary.
Therefore, having a well-structured conclusion make your whole article amazing.
Now hold on there is more than just having a good structuring article. These were the basics as whenever you write an essay, an article or blog post. While you write a blog or any writing piece, you must keep it engaging and fun to read so that the reader would not get bored while reading your article. These are a few tips that I have learned during my journey into blog writing.

5. Header:
Most people do not focus on the main heading of the article, and it is one of the biggest mistakes they do. You must have an engaging header that quickly grabs the attention of the audiences and forces the readers to click on your article. Google trends will help you as you can search up the keywords that are highly ranked. It will help your written piece to rank higher in the search whenever people look for those words that your article header contains.
Therefore, always do SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for your article header before publishing. It helps your article to reach to more people in a short time.
6. Subtitle:
The Subtitle is the subheading under your main heading. It works like a header but gives a little more detail of the article. It boosts the reader’s interest to read your article because Subtitle contains some extra information that might interest the reader. Therefore, you must always use Subtitle in your writing as it looks good, plus it gives strength to your article.
7. Breaking Paragraph:
Once you have written your article by following the basic structure. Further, break paragraphs into smaller paragraphs. You will make it easier for the readers to read. Long paragraphing make the readers bored, so make your paragraphing easier for the readers.
Each component should be no more than four lines. Having a paragraph with only four sentences is much easier to read than an article containing full blocks of content. After writing, break the information into four lines each, it becomes easier for the readers to read.
8. Sentence Length:
Throughout the article, there should not be a single sentence longer than thirty-four (34) words. If there are then shorten them. It will make your piece clear and better to understand for the readers.
9. Grammarly:
Finally, copy-paste your article on Grammarly for grammar checking (It is FREE to use). It will further enhance the quality of your writing. Luckily, now Grammarly underlines the premium lines that needs corrections. Some suggest words. So, check synonyms words to better your vocabulary in the article. Always run through it before submitting and publishing.
