Earth is the best planet in our solar system, and it’s made up of really cool places.
Earth is the best planet in our solar system, and it’s made up of really cool places. Some are covered in ice, like the poles, while some are filled with wild colors and tropical plants that can only be seen on land.
But we would not be able to enjoy these magical places if it weren’t for our planet. And even though we will never get to see them up close as others have before us, we can still appreciate these incredible destinations from afar.
Here are some of the beautiful spots I would most like to visit.
9. The Iguazu Waterfalls — Brazil
The Iguazu waterfalls are located in Argentina, Brazil, and part of Paraguay as well.
It’s also a famous river that has cascading water that goes down about 90 meters from the surface of the water. The water comes from a multitude of streams and rivers located in neighboring areas. All the water that flows through Iguazu eventually ends up in the Atlantic Ocean.
The Iguazu Falls are considered one of the seven wonders of nature, and they’re also a World Heritage Site.
8. Northern Lights — Alaska, Iceland, Northern Europe
The northern lights occur when plasma from the sun interacts with Earth’s atmosphere. This happens when the sun ejects a massive amount of energy and sends charged particles into space.
Usually, these particles take about two to three days to reach our planet, which is why they typically occur in colder areas. The northern lights are magical places because they are filled with many different colors.
7. Table Mountain — South Africa
Table Mountain is an exciting place located in Cape Town, South Africa. It’s one of the unique places in this city because a beautiful natural environment surrounds it.
This mountain was created millions of years ago through tectonic activity, and you can see how different features of the mountain were made. After that, erosion forces caused by wind and rain have changed Table Mountain’s surface over time. It also has many caves in which wild animals can be found.
6. The Giant’s Causeway — Ireland
The Giant’s Causeway is an area made up of around 40,000 interlocking basalt columns. They were formed by volcanic activity, and the ocean surrounds them.
These columns begin near the northern coast of County Antrim, in Ireland. You will also be able to see a variety of sedimentary rocks when you visit this location.
The Giant’s Causeway was named after a legend about two giants fighting each other.
5. The Blue Hole — Belize
The blue hole is an underwater sinkhole located at the center of the Lighthouse Reef in Belize. It has a diameter of around 1000 feet (not exactly), and it’s one of the giant sinkholes in the world.
In addition, it’s also more profound than most caves on land, reaching almost 400 feet down to the bottom. It was formed millions of years ago, and it’s interesting to see how these kinds of places are formed.
If you go diving at the Blue Hole, you will see excellent blue water surrounding you.
4. Devils Tower — Wyoming, United States
The Devils Tower is a big feature that rises in Wyoming, U.S. It is considered to be one of the most favorite sites in America because of its beautiful rock structure and natural shape.
It’s a national monument, and it’s also one of the most popular destinations for rock climbers. The rock is a very rare intrusion into the surrounding sedimentary rock, as well as being made up of igneous rock that comes from deep within the Earth.
3. Taj Mahal — India
The Taj Mahal is an incredible building that is located in Agra, India. It is considered to be a symbol of love because it was made for the emperor’s beloved wife, who passed away giving birth.
This building is one of the most beautiful places in India, and it will make you feel very emotional when you see just how much effort the king put into creating this monument.
It’s been around for many years now, and people have always admired it.
2. The Grand Canyon — Arizona, U.S.

The Grand Canyon is a really beautiful place that you will see in Arizona, U.S. It’s one of the biggest canyons in the world, and it’s also been around for millions of years.
In addition to that, you will also be able to see other smaller canyons near it as well.
Scholars believe that the canyon was formed by sedimentary rock that was uplifted and then eroded by wind and water forces over time.

The ‘Petra’ is an ancient city and a cultural UNESCO Heritage site in southern Jordan that remained hidden from the world until 1812 when Swiss explorer Johann Ludwig Burckhardt discovered it.
It is the symbol of Jordan and one of the most popular tourist attractions in the entire Middle East.
It was established around 312 BC, initially as a caravan stop for Nabataeans, and then became an important trading post between Romans and Indian merchants, which is why we can find traces of Roman influences in architecture, art, and culture.
All these places are really beautiful, amazing and attractive in their own way. We cannot just choose one, they all deserve our attention.
