I know we all know the importance of happiness; still, we are sometimes in a kind of situation where we try to be happy, but we won’t be able to maintain it.

8 ways to make you feel happier than ever
- Tell yourself “Thank you”
First, say “thank you.” We all sometimes forget ourselves. You should be grateful first to your body and soul. Say “thank you” to yourself for who you are and what you are doing. Say “thank you” for living this hard journey and still you keep going. You deserve your attention before anyone else. So, be grateful for yourself and your life.
Then, thank God and other things that you are grateful for.
Gratitude is a key to happiness.
2. Read Something Inspiring
Whenever you are feeling low, open Medium and read something motivating. Believe me, you will feel lighter. Read something that you enjoy.
Reading is a therapy to make yourself calm.
3. Fix a meeting with your old school friend
Go out and meet your old school or college friends. Rewind your past and make yourself happy. Give yourself change.
Friends always help you out and make you feel how special you are to them.
