8 Creative Ways to Manifest your Affirmations
Because you DO get bored of just repeating them again and again.

Affirmations are crazy powerful. Like crazy! Why? Because by saying, hearing or writing a powerful affirmation, you ingrain it in your brain over time until you actually believe your affirmation. This way, it’s possible to reprogram your brain and even overwrite deeply rooted limiting beliefs with new, empowering ones. And a new belief system is basically equal to a new reality.
So yes, affirmations are great. But there is a big problem with them: HOW are you supposed to actually affirm an affirmation? The classic way is to say your affirmation out loud a couple of times every day. But for some people that might not be possible, feel weird or is just plain boring — thus, I came up with some more creative and fun ways to do your affirmations. Enjoy :)
1) There is an app for that! No need to say more. Here is the link: Instar Affirmation Writer
2) Set a reminder on your phone Write the affirmation into your reminder app and let it go off every 3 hrs. You will be reminded of your affirmation throughout the entire day. Another option: set a nice visual of your affirmation as a screensaver — you will look at it every-time you look at your phone.
3) Record yourself speaking the affirmation Listen to it attentively while taking the subway to work. Or driving to the grocery store. Or while walking the dog. Anytime, really.
4) Write down the affirmation Write it down 10 times and really concentrate on writing the words. Do it first thing every morning and before going to bed.
5) Visualise the affirmation! Visualise a natural image that matches your affirmation. For instance, when I use affirmations about abundance, I picture millions of stars in the sky, billions of grains of sand in a desert or countless drops of water in a waterfall. This gives my mind concrete examples that abundance is our natural state of being. It makes it more difficult for my mind to contradict abundance because I am showing myself that abundance does exist.
6) Place post-its everywhere Especially in places where you regularly look at: opposite the toilet, on your fridge, on your computer, in your journal, on your dog…
7) Set the affirmation as your password And don’t forget to switch off the automatic password fill-in. That way, you will be forced to write down your affirmation multiple times a day.
8) Make a Pinterest board Curate a board with all the things you associate with your affirmation. Scroll through it when waiting in line or in the subway and regularly add new inspiration.
