Evil isn’t anything other than our having individually turned our hearts away from acceptance, respect, and loving compassion — those always being the unreported victims of evil acts.</p><p id="4886">If we want to change this world, we must confront our own responsibility for the evil growing within it, within our hearts, by our having turned our backs on each other, living in fear, and amusing ourselves by disrespecting the beliefs, concerns, and suffering of others.</p><
