7 Things Happy People Do Differently

They just see the world in a different way.

It’s easier for people to be negative but it’s hard for them to become positive. It’s as if people prefer to be unhappy than happy because that’s all they’re used to be. In the end, everyone longs for happiness but have trouble being happy. People think they’ll be happy once they got everything they wanted. It’s not true. Your life will fall in place when you start being happy because happiness is a medicine. Happiness is a medicine for our soul.

When you’re happy, you’ll heal.

What about those people who are already happy? They stand out from the rest of the crowd because they’re in a higher state of mind. They see the world in a different way with new-born eyes. They’re in content with life and who they are. They’re in peace with themselves and comfortable in who they are. They’re ready for any challenge in life because they see it as an opportunity to grow on a personal level. It makes them excited.

What makes them so special?

What do they do differently than the rest of the people?

1. They enjoy being alone.

They’re their own best friend. Because they put themselves on the pedestal first. They’re responsible for their own happiness and don’t rely on other people to make them happy. They’re friends with the solitude. They aren’t scared of being alone. They appreciate the alone time because they get to focus on their passion. They’re well aware they need to become happy before they can share happiness with a partner.

2. Often happy, never irritated.

They refuse to let the smallest things ruin their entire day. Nothing makes them pissed off easily. They’re barely angry, often happy. Always chill and kind. They find solutions to the problem if they appear. They understand how bad things will build up like a snowball if they react intensely to the negativity. They choose positivity over negativity. They take the path of light, not the path of destruction.

3. They applaud for other people’s success.

Happy people want to see other people become happy. Happiness is a success. Happy people are never jealous. They get inspired by other people’s success and congratulate them. They believe people deserve success. They want people to succeed in life, they want to see them being happy and in alignment with life. They enjoy lifting people up to their highest potential. They lift people up with motivation.

4. They have a radiant glow.

They shine bright like a diamond. They glow differently than the average person. They have the most beautiful smile on their face. Their eyes are clean, radiant, and full of love. You don’t see any hate in their eyes. They’re a kind soul. This makes them stand out. You feel like you can be yourself and relaxed around happy people because they allow people to be themselves. They’re full of light and positivity. Their radiant energy is contagious and affects other people positively. The energy in the room changes when happy people enter the room. They’re like the sun who brings life in people.

5. They practice gratitude daily.

They have a journal where they list all the things they’re grateful for today. Small or big, it doesn’t matter. They appreciate the little things that make their day more colorful. They say “Thank you” when they wake up. Throughout the day, they say “Thank you.”

It can be such as getting a cup of coffee in the morning and seeing beautiful flowers in the botanical garden. Happy people never focus on what they don’t have. They focus on what they already have right now because that’s all that matters to them. They see everything as a blessing in their life.

6. They live in the present moment.

They don’t dwell on the past or future. They don’t focus on what they didn’t have in the past. The past is gone and the future doesn’t exist for them. They realize life is too short to live in a time that no longer exists. They move forward to the next chapter. They enjoy the present and are humbled by all the love they receive in their life. “The present is all that you ever have.”, said Eckhart Tolle. Happy people stay relaxed in the present moment.

7. They see health as wealth.

Their body is their temple. They treat their body like a baby who needs love and attention. They take care of themselves internally and externally. They know how the food will reflect on outer appearance. Eat unhealthily and you’ll look unhealthy. Eat healthily and you’ll look healthy. Being healthy on the inside makes you glow on the outside. They think in a healthy way, too. They talk kindly to themselves. They feed their mind and soul with love. They forgive and accept themselves. They go outside every day to move their body because they know the body is meant to move and their body will thank them for it.

Happy people become better with time, not worse with them. They want to be around other happy people who are on the same level as them. They’re emotionally mature and are compatible with other happy people. It’s a waste of time to be jealous of other people, they don’t have time for that. They want to see people become the best versions of themselves. They don’t expect anything from people. They don’t want anything from people.

They surround themselves with everything that makes them happy. Surrounding yourself with what makes you happy is the best medicine. It makes you heal. Happy people don’t worry too much, they trust in God/the Universe. They know the planet will always find a way to solve problems. They refuse to be the victim of fear. They broke free from worries.

“Don’t worry, be happy.” Happy people are beautiful. ❤
