It’s easier than you think

Aren’t we all craving a fulfilling, joyful life and healthy life?

I know I am.

I am busy. Like, very busy — but at the end of the day, one of my top priorities is having fun, being healthy, and being happy.

Imagine at the end of your long and potentially stressful workday feeling energized instead of drained.

It’s so easy to get lost in the complexities of daily routines and responsibilities. However, the path to a healthier and happier you don’t have to be complicated or hard.

In fact, some of the most powerful and transformative changes can come from embracing simple rules that guide your actions and perspectives.

My mental energy soars when I am am a consistent gratitude practice.

Over time, I have noticed that when I take walks I notice such tiny moments and little things that put me into full appreciation mode.

A leaf falling to the ground makes me feel grateful.

The trees swaying in the wind make me feel like my dad is near. He passed 3 years ago.

Don’t get me started on springtime walks — all the tiny lime green buds growing a little more each day delight me so much. It is because of gratitude.

Before I started a gratitude practice I may have just walked along the paths without a thought to the moments and beauty.

I don’t want to walk through life without thought to those things that can bring me ultimate joy and longevity. This is the only life we have and we don’t know how long it will last. That right there — brings me to a grounded place where I want to experience as much joy as I possibly can while I am on this earth.

So, the 7 rules I live by…

There are many more, but I thought these 7 were pretty darn important for a good and healthy life.

If sharing them with the world helps someone else to feel even just 10% better, then my job is done!

That makes sharing completely worth it.
