Review of Adult Time’s Modern-Day Sins

I know it’s too early in the year to be talking about my favorite porn series of 2022.

But I’m confident that Modern-Day Sins is still going to be on my list by the end of the year.

I’ve been excited for this one since it was first announced.

For one thing, it’s produced by my favorite porn company. Adult Time series are always creative, very well shot, and feature lots of extremely hot fucking.

Even better, it sounded like this new project would have a similar vibe to Pure Taboo. Of all the studios under the Adult Time brand, that’s the one that keeps drawing me back in.

It features dark and edgy scenarios. It has cinematography that reminds me of 90s thrillers. Most scenes have so much sexual tension that you feel horny as hell before anyone’s even had a chance to undress.

Every tease they released for this new series made it sound even more appealing.

Modern-Day Sins is really multiple series in one. All of their scenes will be split up across different themes — each corresponding to one of the seven deadly sins.

And lucky me, almost every single one of them seemed like it was created to cater specifically to my kinks.

I knew Anal Envy would be my jam. Ass fucking, double penetration — all that good, good stuff.

Greedy Creampies too, especially since it promises to include double creampies and risky, breedable scenarios.

I couldn’t wait to see how Proud Pervs would help me indulge my public sex fantasies — and the cucky ones that pop into my head once in a while.

Because I’m extremely turned on by any kind of porn involving forbidden temptation, I knew I’d keep checking out the scenes in Lust Triangles. Threesomes are hot enough, but these are going to involve people getting caught, cheating in the heat of passion, and whatever else these horny screenwriters come up with.

As a bit of a submissive pillow princess, I knew I’d also be into Idle Fantasies. I’m already horny for sleep sex and stuck porn scenarios, but I don’t often get to see them with the kind of production quality I prefer.

Mad Fuckers sounds passionate as hell and I’m always down for that.

I was even curious about the Cum Gluttons series. I’m not a bukkake fanatic or a cumshot connoisseur, but I’d definitely be peeking at these to see what they do with the concept.

Have you ever felt hot from just reading a list? Because that’s how I felt when I kept seeing these announcements. It’s like I was being edged by all those hints of what was coming.

Then Modern-Day Sins finally launched on January 1st with eight complete scenes for me to enjoy. And like any good edging session, the payoff was worth the wait.

Lust Triangles

The first scene was part of the Lust Triangles series and I could tell I’d love it just by the title.

“His Girlfriend’s Little Angel” stars Musa Phoenix as a guy who doesn’t mind taking risks. You can tell he’s not into playing it safe because his girlfriend (played by Lilly James) is just wandering around the house and it doesn’t stop him from fucking her daughter (Lola Fae).

It’s definitely more of a triangle than a threesome, because he doesn’t fuck both of them at once. Instead, he starts off fucking Lola. When Lilly almost catches them in the act, he ends up fucking her too. And once they’re done, Lola sneaks back in for more action.

And it’s fucking great. Musa Phoenix has a really laid back attitude but he’s still got more than enough energy to power through three separate sex scenes.

Lola Fae plays cute and innocent while being bratty and mischievous, which is a really fun combination. Just the kind of girl I want to see getting a great fuck.

The tattooed performers and the sneaky, forbidden sex make it even better.

Greedy Creampies

Adult Time was already a pretty inclusive studio when I first signed up. Since then, they’ve taken steps to feature even more trans performers and guy-on-guy action.

Modern-Day Sins is part of that effort and you can see that broader approach to gender and sexuality in their first Greedy Creampies scene.

“Help a Buddy Out” features Beaux Banks and Dalton Riley playing straight roommates. Well, straightish anyway, because this is a creampie scene so we know one of them is going to end up filled with come.

It starts off with bros being bros. They’re hanging out, watching porn, and decide to jack off to it because both of them have been feeling sexually frustrated lately.

It’s two pent up dudes with dicks in their hands, so it doesn’t take long before they get ideas. After laying down some ground rules, Beaux agrees to let Dalton creampie him.

It’s a scene with reluctance, secret sex, and experimentation — the messy finish is just one part of the fun.

More Lust Triangles

What do you do when you catch your bicurious husband with his dick in a guy’s mouth?

If you’re in a Lust Triangles scene, you talk them into a threesome.

Victoria Voxxx plays a supportive wife who isn’t just up for letting her husband (Mason Lear) explore his sexuality — she’s happy to get involved.

In fact, she’s the one who set up the meeting between him and the attractive stranger (Jake Waters) who’s blowing him. And she wants in on the action too.

It’s a first-time experience scene, which is always fun. It’s also a threesome where no one feels sidelined — each performer gets lots of pleasure.

And I always enjoy seeing a married couple get along really well — especially when they get to do someone together.

Proud Pervs

I’m a huge fan of sneaky hanky panky. That’s half the fun of playing with wearable, remote controlled toys — being able to use them discreetly in public and semi-public places.

It’s also a great porn setup.

I’ll admit that it’s better when you get to watch people actually going about their day playing with these toys. But “Making a Good Impression” showed me that it can still be a really arousing setup when it’s shot in a studio.

In that scene, Vanessa Vega is hosting members of her local homeowner’s association at her place and she’s eager to make a great impression. That would be easy if it wasn’t for the fact that her husband (Nathan Bronson) insists on her wearing an app-controlled vibrating buttplug during the meeting.

It clearly brings out his bratty side and he’s quick to turn the toy up to its highest setting. But then the app crashes and he can’t tone down the vibrations.

She keeps losing her composure, because it’s almost impossible to keep your cool when you’re getting lots of strong anal vibrations. She basically has a horny meltdown and chases her guests away by masturbating in front of them.

That’s when her and her hubby get to fucking.

And she’s incredibly eager to get it on with him, which makes the scene feel even more realistic. Because that’s the other thing with remote controlled toys. They’re not just stimulating and naughty — they’ll also turn you into a desperate fuckbunny.

She really plays into that loss of control, and that’s the right kind of performance for a scenario like this. It’s exactly what I fantasize about when I think of playing with remote control toys and I’m glad they depicted it so well.

Mad Fuckers

Day one of its release and Modern-Day Sins already managed to subvert my expectations.

I knew the Mad Fuckers series would involve rage-filled sex and heated hatefucking. And I guess I had some preconceived notion of what that would look like, because I didn’t expect it to kick off with a reverse gangbang.

“Reverse Psychology” opens with Isiah Maxwell paying a visit to his therapist (Whitney Wright). She’s meant to be treating his sex addiction, but instead she practically pounces on him and starts getting frisky.

Then she surprises him by bringing two more therapists into the room (Christy Love and Liz Revamped).

And all three women are pissed at him. He’s been sneaking around — seeing and fucking all of them.

They decide to take their anger out by using him to get off. And we get to watch all three of them domme him into doing everything they tell him to.

And he makes a really good plaything for them. Not just because his cock is so shockingly long that all of them can give him head at the same time. But because he has the skill and stamina to keep up with three very demanding ladies.

This is also not the first scene where I see a few women bent over and taking turns getting some dick. But it’s the first one where it actually felt like this staggered fucking was for them and their benefit.

I don’t think any of this would be an effective treatment for a sex addiction. In fact, getting hate fucked by three women is so hot it might be enough to create an obsession with sex. But it’s a fantastic setup for some power play and gentle femmedom.

Anal Envy

The two porn search terms I’ve used the most often are “anal” and “babysitter.”

So naturally, I was tempted to watch “Topping the Sitter” before the other scenes in the series.

Jessy Dubai has just hired Ella Hollywood to be the family’s new babysitter. On a tour of the house, Ella tells her how much she admires everything she has.

Jessy doesn’t quite have it all, though. “You would think so,” she says. “A fairytale where the husband fucks the wife and the trans wife fucks the husband.”

The Bad Uncle and The Bad Uncle Returns are the two scenes that made me a die-hard fan of Pure Taboo.

In both Bad Uncles, Charles Dera plays a dirty uncle sneaking into a younger girl’s bed during a sleepover.

And “Stay the Night” is very reminiscent of those scenes.

For one thing, it also stars Charles Dera. This time, he’s not the creepy uncle. Instead, he plays Anny Aurora’s friend’s hot dad. So, close enough.

There’s sexually charged flirting between the two of them that leads exactly where you think it will — him sneaking into her room while she’s asleep and softly touching her.

It’s a darkly shot, moody, night-toned scene with two performers who have to do their best to fuck as quietly as they can. I’m really into that kind of restraint, but what I especially like is the sexy, caring daddy way he treats her throughout the scene.

Plus, it ended with a good deal of prone bone fucking and that’s always a great way to finish things off.

Cum Gluttons

This is another scene that subverted my expectations. When I heard the title of the Cum Gluttons series, I imagined lots of gooey cumshots and plenty of loads getting swallowed eagerly.

“Slumber Party Squirtfest” doesn’t have any of that. In fact, there isn’t even a boy in sight.

The slumber party takes place in Gia Derza’s room and within minutes they start talking about nudes. And before long, they start floating the idea of taking some.

“This is kind of our peak,” Jenna Foxx tells them. “We’re never going to be this hot again.”

They take racy photos. Then nudes. And things keep escalating until Vina Sky confesses to being a squirter.

As it turns out, all of them are. So, Gia proposes a competition — the first one to squirt loses.

None of them are any good at that game. They’re all way too skilled at making each other gush. But it’s no big deal, because what really matters is that they’re super playful and get very wet and messy.

Dirty Sinful Sex

Modern-Day Sins has pretty much everything that makes Adult Time originals so fucking good.

There’s thought and creativity behind the concepts. The scenes build on simple themes and explore them in really interesting ways.

Everything is beautifully lit, shot, and edited. The performances are great and the fucking’s hot.

It hits on a lot of different kinks but doesn’t go into anything too dark or extreme.

And even though it’s a new studio, it already feels like it’s got something for almost everyone.

So yeah, I’m pretty gosh darn impressed.

Because it was such a big launch, I’ve already watched a lot from this series. But I’m not even close to being sick and tired of it. I’m really curious to see where they take all these themes and I can’t wait to see more.
