Summary

The author is embarking on a 90-day journey of quiet self-actualization and shares seven high consciousness thoughts aimed at elevating personal awareness and aligning actions with intentions.

Abstract

The website content details the author's personal journey towards self-improvement and heightened consciousness over a 90-day period. This quest is characterized by a private commitment to growth rather than a public display. The author has begun implementing and documenting small, incremental changes, emphasizing the importance of personal responsibility, clear intentions, and inspired alignment in thoughts, words, and actions. After a morning meditation on the second day, the author articulated seven guiding thoughts that resonate with their spiritual and philosophical beliefs. These thoughts are intended to serve as a 'compass' for maintaining awareness and alignment with their highest self, and while they are deeply personal and spiritual, the author also values reason and practicality. The author encourages readers to consider their own guiding principles and acknowledges that the impact of these thoughts will be evaluated over time.

Opinions

  • There is a strong emphasis on the interconnectedness of all life and the importance of operating with a sense of oneness and love.
  • The author values personal responsibility and clear intentions as essential components of effective personal creation.
  • Despite the spiritual nature of the affirmations, the author maintains that reason and practicality are equally important and should not be disregarded.
  • The author suggests that subjective reality, such as spirituality, and objective reality, such as reason, are reconcilable and complementary aspects of human experience.
  • The seven high consciousness thoughts are seen as a potential compass for navigating from ego to awareness, fear to love, and scattered thoughts to alignment.
  • The author is open to the possibility that these affirmations may not yield the desired results and is willing to adapt based on their effectiveness.

7 High Consciousness ‘Compass’ Thoughts

What do you want in the background of your awareness?

“We’re an impossibility in an impossible universe.” — Ray Bradbury

Currently, I’m on a 90-day Quest of quiet self-actualization.

It’s not so quiet in the sense that I’m telling you about it, but it’s quiet in the sense that it’s not for show. It’s born of my own passionate desire to expand and raise my inner and out reality to higher levels — now.

It’s founded on a genuine willingness to ratchet up what I ask of myself.

It’s only Day 2 at the time of this writing. You can read it unfolding here; the small, incremental changes I’m implementing and ‘locking in.’

This morning, following my 20 minute meditation, I ended it with seven high consciousness thoughts. Perhaps you’ll find them thought-provoking in your own journey of elevating your consciousness—

As my meditation ended, with each breath I quietly made a statement. My mind settled on making seven, and these are the statements —

  1. I am a spiritual being having a human experience
  2. I am one with the unified field of consciousness and therefore all of life
  3. My true nature is oneness, love, wisdom, deep knowing, bliss
  4. I am a powerful creator as I operate with personal responsibility, clear intentions and inspired alignment in my thoughts, words, and actions.
  5. Today, I am committed to being a calm, aware presence of love, enjoying life, and following my bliss in service to those around me and the greater good
  6. I am now drawing to me all that I need to live my highest and best life
  7. Life is unfolding in a beautiful way for me and those around me. I trust Life and the process as I do my part. All is well. All is well. All is well.

Now, I’m not saying these statements are Truth. Some of them might even be completely off the map for you, especially if you’re an atheist or agnostic. However, they are true for me.

Also, while these statements are ‘spiritual’ in nature, Reason is also very important to me. You won’t catch me running a red light chanting ‘All is well’ or jumping off a cliff expecting to grow wings while I affirm ‘I am now drawing to me all that I need to live my highest and best life.’ No.

Some people think that Subjective Reality like ‘spirituality’ and Objective Reality like Reason cannot be reconciled. To me they are just different sides of the same coin. Both aspects of our nature are to be explored.

My plan is to say them daily and see how it affects my awareness. If they accomplish nothing for me, I’ll stop the process. But I suspect they will..

Maybe not in one day or even in ten. Over time, though, if they settle into the background of my awareness, they could be a compass to find my way back; from ego to awareness, from fear to love, from scattered to aligned.

Hopefully, sharing these thoughts prompts you to think about what thoughts you want to serve as your compass. We all need a compass.
