Repurposing Your Content For More Prospects And Profits [7 Great Ways To Repurpose Your Content]
Repurposing your content is the ultimate strategy in actually working smarter instead of harder. Repurposing has also been defined as:
hyper-sanity — using the same thing over and over again and getting great results
In a moment I’m going to reveal the secret psychology behind repurposing, but first I want to suggest 7 different ways you can repurpose your content: 2 in print, 2 in audio, and 3 in video.
Repurposing in Print
Articles — I think this is the best place to start because once you have a 400–500 word article, you have the ingredients to repurpose to your hearts content.
Social Media Updates — You can use the titles, sub-headings and quotes from your article content, and use them as Facebook Updates, Tweets, LinkedIn Updates, YouTube Videos, Instagram, and Pinterest, etc. Be sure to include a link to the rest of the article or content.
Repurposing in Audio
TeleSeminars — Yes, they still work. In fact, a MasterMind I’m in is done by teleseminar. Take your content and turn it into a 30–90 minute teleseminar. Those who hear your voice are very likely to do business with you. Simple as that.
Podcasting — Your article content is your podcast content. You can even hold the article in front of you for reference. Don’t just read it. No one likes that. Tell a story.
Repurposing in Video
Webinars — Teach your content on a webinar and then have an offer at the end of the webinar. Great way to build your list community, take good care of them, and offer them your services.
YouTube Videos — Isn’t it time you began to get your share of traffic and new hungry prospects from the number 2 site in the world? Repurpose just one point from your content into a short video.
Video Training — All of my courses contain video training. It’s content I have created in print and repurposed into hands on training. You can too.
Remember at the beginning of this article I told you I was going to reveal to you the secret psychology of repurposing?
Well, I’ve been doing it all throughout this article.
It’s simply being able to look at one thing and then seeing many things.
More specifically, it’s looking at one piece of content and seeing many other pieces of content in print, audio, graphics, and video.
P.S. — Wanna know how I repurpose so much of my content in just moments? Easy answer: Templates. And I reveal 3 of them in this mercifully short webinar replay.
