This article contains my list of the best YouTube channels that help me learn new things and benefit from socials instead of procrastinating.

Socials might be the biggest evil in the 21st century. But it depends on what content you watch and who you subscribe to.

For example, you and I love to watch entertaining content with funny moments. We can spend hours on such types of content and then feel tired.

Do you want to learn new things?

I had asked myself this question and decided that I wanted to become a better person for myself and the people around me.

You need to get the right content to become a great writer or creator or improve yourself consistently.

Let’s look at the YouTube list that may cover almost all critical parts of your life.

If you have any additional recommendations, please write them to share with other readers.

CrashCourse

The first YouTube I want to recommend to you is CrashCourse. This one is first on my list.

Currently, I watch it every day to learn:

  • Psychology
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Improve Study Skills

I love this channel because it has many playlists on different topics with teachers with a lot of experience, and some have big YouTube channels.

And that’s all for free! You don’t need to buy everything on the Udemy. Try first finding this on the CrashCourse or just on YouTube.

TED-Ed

Ted Talks and Ted-Ed are the best places to find information on different topics from the professionals and professors in their area.

The idea of this project is to invite people who have invented something or have a desire to share knowledge and experience with other people in just 10–20 minutes.

I love this channel and watch it for years. I’ve learned much from it about Psychology, Self-Improvement, Sports, Meditation, etc.

It has a mobile application, but also you can find this channel on YouTube.

If you want to grow consistently, learn new things, and become a better version of yourself, it’s the right place to find it.

And also, remember that YouTube algorithms work for you. If you watch educational content, they will give you similar content that will help you learn more.

Better Than Yesterday

This channel is about knowledge as well.

The author of this channel is the same enthusiast as you and me, who wants to learn more and consistently read books.

The author takes the best guides, information, and tips from those books to share with others.

I love this channel because it has concise videos, like 8–10 minutes, but with much helpful information.

If you don’t want to spend much time, sometimes watching YouTube for 10 minutes is a good choice.

Another reason you should subscribe to this channel is because it contains information from different areas.

Dr. Eric Berg DC

Dr. Eric Berg is one of the best influencers and teachers of medicine on YouTube.

It would help if you visited his channel for healthy food, life, and diets. I love his comparisons of different products and how they influence our moods and feelings.

Also, here you can find information on improving your sleep, weight, skin, mood, energy, etc.

This channel can teach you more and give better advice than many doctors from your local town.

At least one reason is that experienced doctors know from the old books, and modern medicine has new ideas and approaches.

That’s why it’s good to learn what you can do for your body, what food is better for you, and your goals.

Improvement Pill

The name of this YouTube channel says a lot about itself.

If you are looking for a place where you may find information on how to improve everything in your life, like:

  • Relationships
  • Work
  • Mood
  • Health
  • Life

It’s good to have such channels in your arsenal. From this one, you can learn a lot of things.

One good thing about this channel is that it contains 5-minute videos that won’t save much time but will give you good knowledge simultaneously.

Become better, learn more, and reach your goals with the right thoughts and knowledge.

Big Think

The last channel in this article is Big Think.

Again, the name says about itself. It talks about anything that happens worldwide and looks at news and events around us.

Also, you may find here information on how to become better and work with your problems, like anxiety and difficulties in relationships.

This channel is very similar to those that are above. However, it has a different approach to the information.

If you want to expand your mindset and think more comprehensively, it’s a good channel for you.

Become an intelligent person and understand what happens around you and why.

This channel is a good source of educational content.

Summary

I must say that I’m subscribed to 80 channels on YouTube in general. But unfortunately, it would be too much to share in only one article.

If you want more information and channel recommendations, please let me know in the comments.
