An old soul is a person who has incarnated to Planet Earth hundreds if not thousands of times. These individuals can be of any age and generally do not fit in with society. Although they may be young, they feel they have lived hundreds of years. Below, I list a few signs you may be an old soul.

№1 Tight Circle

One of the primary signs you are an old soul is you have few friends. You like to keep a small circle because you value quality over quantity. Newer souls are more interested in fitting in, but older souls have an aversion to popularity because they view it as inauthentic. Old souls value deep, meaningful connections with a few people over twenty surface-level relationships.

№2 Wisdom & Understanding

No matter the age, an old soul has wisdom beyond their years. Older souls have tremendous insight because they’ve lived countless lifetimes. Therefore, they’ve accumulated knowledge through life experiences. These individuals are usually great listeners who provide excellent advice and feedback. These souls are non-judgmental, comforting, and always willing to help others navigate this life experience.

Older souls generally do not jump in and out of relationships. Most old souls are single, with a soulmate, or have decided to remain alone. Many old souls have opted to stay single in this lifetime because they are ending their reincarnation cycle and want to avoid karmic debt. They are more interested in styles from a particular era than the latest fashion trends. Additionally, many old souls favor a particular era because they once lived in it. For example, someone who lived during the Roaring Twenties may prefer prohibition bars or items from that era.

Old souls are highly sensitive and have a profound connection to animals and nature. Although old souls spend lots of time alone, they often ponder ways to help humanity.
