Our inspirations have qualities as well as anyone else in the world. So do you. You have an inspirator and you chose him or her because of the qualities they have.
I believe you have an inspirator just as I have, and it doesn't matter in what field, but the inspiration you have, is just one with the qualities you have in mind and why your inspirator inspires you. You like the qualities of your inspirator. That is why you like him or her.
Who is your inspirator? That could be anyone in the world. From your father to your neighbor, to your teacher, to your favorite band singer, to your pastor of the church, to your favorite TV host, to whomever it is your inspirator.
You can have more than one inspirator, in my opinion. But what qualities does your inspirator does need to be your inspirator?
These 6 qualities are what your inspirator needs to have. When you have these 6 qualities, I believe you may call her or him your inspirator.
Your inspirator knows how to care for people they know and their neighbors
Your inspirator knows how to care for people they know and for their neighbors. This says everything about your inspiration because if he or she can treat those people in a normal way then you’ll know it is ok.
When he or she treats those like their neighbor or people they know that your inspirator is some kind of a god or something like that, then I don’t know if you should call home or her your inspirator.
Your inspirator knows how to balance their work, and private life
When your inspirator knows how to balance their with and their private life, then they know how balancing works and how they will give prior to other people's lives.
They know when to give their time to philanthropy work, private time, and work time. And not to forget family time.
Your inspirator knows that fame is not everything
They might be famous or not. But one thing is for sure: they know that fame is not everything in the world. They know exactly when to step down from their famous job. Or your inspirator knows exactly why he or she doesn’t want to be famous. Because of all the trouble around being famous.
Your inspirator knows how te be in every situation
Your inspiration knows exactly how to react in every situation. He or she has been through a lot and he or she knows what to do, thinks about it, and responds quietly, with respect and values.
Your inspirator knows what being happy really means
Your inspirator knows how to be happy and show that off. Your inspirator users his or hers to make other people smile. He or she knows that he or she is happy, but also show that there are dark sides of life and that he or she isn’t using it to put on a show. He or she shows off his or her happiness when needed and whenever he or she wants.
Your inspirator knows what to work on themselves
Your inspirator knows how to work on herself or himself. When things aren’t going to work out for them, then they will work on it. They want other people to know that it is fine to not feel fine. I mean, when you’re not feeling ok, then your inspirator knows how to work on that issue of himself or herself.
There are so many qualities — next to basics as values and norms, but when you’re not working on yourself and being happy, nobody — even your inspirator — could inspire you. These are the ones I put first.
