6 Most Amazing macOS Apps I Can't Live Without
Macs have been part of my life for about 20 years.

My closest friends, almost exclusively Mac users, were seated around a table, and I remember telling them that I had finally abandoned Windows.
They expressed genuine joy at hearing it, and I recall them adding,
“It will revolutionize your life.”
Initially, I didn't give them much importance, but after some reflection and reflection time, I have to admit that they are probably right.
My life has been transformed by it.
Despite having only 7% of the global desktop operating system market share (Windows controls over 92% of this market), Mac boasts some of the most useful and exquisitely crafted apps ever created.
It may be said that we are in the heyday of apps. Which options will help you reach your objectives more quickly, and which will slow you down?
I frequently ask myself:
“I’ve tested several apps throughout the years, and I still use a few today.”
I enjoy using my Mac not just because of macOS but also because of its apps.
The perfect app may make a difference in your computing experience, opening up new dimensions of productivity and creativity.
This article will examine the top 6 Mac apps you must try in 2022.
1. Rocket.
Rocket is my go-to for quickly inserting emojis into any text with a keyboard shortcut, making it my favorite Mac program.
For example, If you're used to using Slack, Rocket functions similarly in that you can input a colon followed by any word, like "ring."
This enables you to include the ring emoji wherever you are, including right now. 💍
Efficient communication is a fundamental topic of this piece, and the ability to quickly and easily insert an emoji without leaving the keyboard is an excellent perk.
Why not just say “😂” instead of “Oh my gosh, that’s hilarious!”
2. Magnet.
I adore using a tool like a Magnet to back Stay.
By dragging a window to a specific part of the screen and pressing particular keys, you can use Magnet to snap windows to an exact size.
It firmly snaps into place like a "magnet." This is an excellent method to rapidly arrange all of your open windows in a way that makes sense.
The ability to display multiple applications side by side is an excellent example of how this comes in handy.
It only takes two seconds to create a flawless side-by-side view by dragging one window to the right, dropping it into place, and doing the same with the second window on the left.
3. Better touch tool.
The inclusion of the Touchbar on Mac has generated controversy. Even though I find it neat, I still haven't come up with a good purpose.
My love for my trackpad has returned thanks to Better Touch Tool. You can add custom widgets, such as weather or calendar, and modify every aspect.
4. Spamsieve.
Mac users can use the effective anti-spam program Spamsieve. It integrates with the majority of email services available, analyses your correspondence, and picks up on your routines.
Although spamsieve appears pricey for "such a simple feature," it is still a good investment.
Once learned, it's precise enough to save you the time you'd otherwise spend each day choosing all of your emails and clicking "mark as spam" if your email service didn't succeed in doing it.
5. Alfred.
The excellent Spotlight could be even better. Alfred's ability to start web searches immediately from a keyboard shortcut is one of their main strengths.
You don't need to open your browser to search on Google, Wikipedia, or Amazon. But, I can't live without it because it has a killer function.
Additionally, you can use Alfred to access Mac's built-in dictionary and spreadsheet.
While I only use the free version, Alfred’s commercial counterpart gives you access to iTunes controls, viewing and storing your clipboard history, and in-app emailing.
Additionally, you can increase Alfred's capability using third-party add-ons and universal hotkeys.
6. CleanMyMac.
This final post is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but CleanMyMac is the one software program I cannot work without. So recently, I gave CleanMyMac a try and enjoyed it.
It is now constantly checking my computer's hard drive, memory, battery, and other components.
Like the vast majority of these utilities, it doesn't provide anything you can't get out of your Mac's built-in programs; instead, it simplifies your life by putting everything you need in a single, attractive package.
Closing Thoughts.
There you’ve it! Here are the top 6 Mac apps that everyone should try in 2022. Everybody will find something here, and there are many different categories.
These are my favorites, enhancing my Mac experience; therefore, I'd advise you to look at them and give a few of them a try!
