Jan 16th: Australians want to know, “when was the last time you treated yourself to a day nap.”
After my injuries in a car accident in 1999 I needed a lot of medical care and medication. Then more meds for the side effects of the medications.
One day I realized the medical industry had eaten my life savings. I could no longer afford medications or medical care, so I took my health care into my own hands.
I’m healthier then ever. I fall asleep when I hit the bed. I wake up alert, and my energy lasts all day. I take no medications.
I’ve not needed a nap for over six years.
Do not stop medications or medical care without you care providers permission.
