50 Ways To Leave Your Love Of A Bad Mood
Get The Law of Attraction Working For You
Do you know someone who is perpetually grumpy? Not just for a day or a week, or after and unfortunate experience. I mean, it seems like their life purpose to be in a bad mood.
I know someone like that. Unfortunately, they are a member of my family. Seeing them is always an exercise in patience. There’s no way of getting them out of their bad mood.
They do not believe anything about the Law of Attraction and the power of positive vibes. In fact, they openly mock the concept. All I can do is maintain my own happiness and hope that it rubs off, but so far no luck.
This bad mood just encourages more events and experiences to confirm his bad mood. That’s how the Law of Attraction works.
But for those of you who like to take the occasional trip to the pity party (we all do, so no judgement), there are many things you can do, deliberately, to shake off the blues.
My personal example of this was a few weeks after my father died. After attending his funeral and working on clearing out his house, I turned to my husband and said “I need to be in a good mood. Let’s invite some friends over for a BBQ”.
And that’s what we did.
And I had fun. I smiled, I laughed, I shook off my sadness for a bit, and it helped.
So when you find yourself in a mood that you want to shake off, here’s a list of 50 things you can do to lift your spiritis and raise your vibrations. It is by no means an exhaustive list. There are things on here that might not work for you, but just replace them for something that does. I haven’t included skateboarding, for example, so if that makes your heart soar, then go for it.
The purpose of my list is to prove that some moods can be deliberately shaken off. It’ll be the best thing you can do for yourself.
Enjoy.
