Now Today we are going to talk about People's thoughts what are they? In my opinion what I observe by my self. Is that everybody wants to become a successful person in life. People have so many dreams for instance they want to earn so much money in life Which is countless. Now the question is Why? Because they want to live a luxurious life, they want to give happiness to the children, they don’t want to feel embrace in front of other people and much more. So when this can be done? Now the problems start from here for this to be done first of all we should believe in our-self that I can do this but when we start doing that our mind says that you cannot do this, your are not made for this, Leave it you should do something else this you are not able to that.
There are two kinds of thoughts
Positive Thoughts: positive thoughts are those which can help human to get what they want in their life.
Negative Thoughts: Negative thoughts are those which deny you and tells you that you can’t do anything you are able to do anything
Now I am going to give you some tips which I use by myself and this helps me so much and I am 100% sure if you completely follow they step which I am giving to you then you will become confident, positive thoughts automatically come to your mind and you will get the result in the first month.
1)Eat Well Have good diet healthy food I more important for you Now you have a question why because according to the research our brain uses 60% of our body energy and nutrition so if you have a healthy food then your brain takes good nutrition and feel healthy which will help your brain to think easily and more effectively
2) Well Sleep Now Your question is sleep, why it is important so according to the research human, should have 8-hour sleep daily otherwise He/She becomes a patient of depression and become overthinker
3) Release stress as I mentioned in step 2 8 hour sleep is very important to release stress and the second method to release stress to do yoga in the morning it is a very powerful thing
4) The shame of any past happing can give negative thoughts so plz forgot that because we are human we should learn from our mistake not to feel shame on those mistakes
5) Don’t compare yourself to others the most important thing because if you compare yourself then you feel shame and this will cause of negative thoughts so plz don’t compare yourself No one in the world like you what you can do no one can do in the world
