5 Ways to Make Money From Day Trading
There are plenty of ways to make money from Day Trading, Not just the ones you think

In day trading, you make money by winning trades and increasing your account balance.
You put £500 into a trading account and with the correct mindset, strategy and risk management could grow that account 10% per month, easily.
Thanks to the internet and the limitless options we have to make something from it, I have found another 4 ways in which to make money from day trading.
Personal Account Growth
As I touched on at the beginning. When you start out as a day trader you need to post capital. This is unavoidable.
You deposit real money into an account from which to start trading.
This could be anything from £100 to £5000.
Obviously my advice to you is to keep it small in the beginning because you will likely lose it.
There is nothing wrong with having a target of say 5% growth per month.
Completely achievable.
If you grew your account 5% per month for a year you could turn £500 into almost £900.
£400 profit for the year for very little work.
Prop Firm Account
You take that £400 and you invest it into a prop firm challenge.
Now, you will at this point have 1 years trading under your belt.
Prop firm account challenges are hard but not unobtainable.
As of writing this the FTMO challenge a £35,000 account, which I have is £345 for the attempt.
This is refundable if you pass.
With a profit split of 80:20 a 2% trade would net you around £560 before tax.
So you have now made more from 1 trade than you have in 1 year.
Medium
This is not where the journey ends.
Thanks to the internet and the many hundreds of thousands of people who are interested in day trading you can share your success.
Start a Medium account and write about your journey.
Not only will it help you learn and grow as a person and a trader but you could also earn an additional income.
This could in turn be used to purchase challenges or increase your personal account balance.

YouTube
Youtube is full of amazing content on day trading.
Educational, lifestyle and then there is the not so great stuff.
You now have a larger personal account, a prop firm account and write 2 blogs a week on Medium.
Why not start a YouTube channel?
The ability to earn on YouTube is unreal and there is a channel I follow in particular called the Moving Average.
Last year he made $250,000+ from YouTube… Alone.
Posting educational content.
Affiliates/Pinterest
Last year I started a Pinterest account.
Blew my mind.
I created a few pins and linked them to TradingView, the software I use for charts.
I got clicks.
Then I got a conversion and was paid $30.
For pretty much 10 minutes of work.
There are other ways to monetise your knowledge and expertise on Day Trading.
Go slow, start small and grow something incredible.
