Goals
5 Ways To Feel Accomplish
It is bad if you don’t feel accomplished enough? Have you any idea how come?
I have that feeling too sometimes.
I don’t know your age. I think at any age you can start your goal-list and tackle them off from it.
I highly recommend thinking about why you don’t feel that accomplished in your life. How you see yourself in your life in a few years.
Let’s say within five years.
I can imagine you’re having a goal-list you want to tackle. A goal-list with all your dreams and all you want to do in your life. The list you can work on and keep going through your whole life. Every time there will be more things you want to do in your life. Try not to make your list longer.
On these lists could be your travels you want to do, the books you want to read, how you want to spend holidays with the family or name it what you have on that list.
When you’re having the list, have you tackled anything on it? If yes, how come you’re not feeling you’re accomplished your life? Is something you’re bothering and is not spoken out loud?
If the answer is that you didn’t tackle that list, look at what you can now. Make a life plan. And then look at what you can do per year. Take a step back when things are getting too overwhelmed.
You can use a notebook to make these lists, but if you’re more an online person, then I highly recommend using Notion.
Five things how to accomplish things in your life
- Start with a small goal in your life. Let’s say they’re habits you want to follow every day to make your day better. Write a few you really can make them true. For me was waking up at 6 am every day. When I wake up at 6 am, there were a few benefits for me.
- Start planning your goals into a great planner. For me, planning isn’t a great way. I just do things out of the blue. I try to plan every day. I can plan very well, but keeping onto my planning is still a little bit difficult for me. But I am learning slowly.
- Write a diary to reflect how you feel when you have done a task, going somewhere and with whom, and when and how you tackled your goal-list. For me, it is sometimes difficult to write a diary. But when you do, use a great notebook that is very personal.
- Praise yourself with something you love. Or praise yourself with a break you deserve when it is finished, then you may buy something you like or you may go to that concert you want to go to. I just say something. Find out what is working for you.
- Share with your beloved ones what your plans are, so you can stick to it. They want to hear the stories, but I bet you’ll be proud to tell.
When you tackled things from your goal-list you wanted to do, then I think you would feel a little more accomplished.
Another advice I can give is talking to a therapist. Maybe it is something not resolved from the past. I highly recommend talking to the therapist. It helped me understand a few things.
