Experimenting with different herbs, teas, plants, and mushrooms has become one of my passions. Recently, I experienced more anxiety than usual, and I found these three things very effective.

1. Bliss Blend Tea

First, I only drank pure Blue Lotus Flower Tea, and that absolutely elevated my mood. I almost felt euphoric, but there was a bitter aftertaste that I did not enjoy that much.
