Abstract

. Consistency is the key to build an audience and increase the views of your posts. On average, I write 10 articles per month. I cannot go beyond that number because I want to maintain the quality of my articles over quantity. If I write the 10 articles within the first 10 days of the month, there will be no consistency and also no quality! Instead, I publish every 3 or 4 days within the entire month. In this way, I can maintain both quality and consistency.

Value for readers

Your content should add value for readers. I always think about it. This article is for those including me who write and publish content on the internet for additional income. I also write here for months to get additional income. My earnings are fluctuating from month to month. From my writing experience, I’ve figured out 5 things that directly affect my earnings of writing. Today, I’ll share them with you so that you can practice and repeat them for a better income.

Patience

This is so much applicable for new writers. Don’t give up at the beginning. Do your hard work for at least 6 months. Then, you’ll get the benefits. In the first 5 months, I earned about $98 with an average of $19.6 per month. This is a very small amount of money, but I didn’t give up. In the next 5 months, I earned about $2945 (which also includes the bonuses) with an average of $589 per month! Therefore, don’t give up too early. You’ll miss great opportunities if you give up too early.

Consistency

This is so much applicable for both new and existing writers.

Most of my articles add value for readers educationally and financially. For example, the following two articles add value for readers financially.

After reading the above articles, the readers will not buy the wrong laptop or will save money by repairing the current laptop.

Let’s take another example. The following three articles add value for readers educationally.

After reading the above articles, the readers can build the right path for a long journey of data science and machine learning.

Read a lot

Running out of writing ideas? read a lot! When you read a book, you’ll get hundreds of ideas in your mind. Turn them into your own content in a creative way.

Engage with writers and readers

This should be done repeatedly. Spend your time reading the articles published by other writers. I recommend you highlight key sentences and words in their contents. If the content is good, do not hesitate to give some claps for it. If you want, add some positive comments to motive the writer. Doing so will increase the visibility of your profile and content. The other thing is that when your articles get comments from the readers, timely reply to them to build the interaction between you and your audience.

Thanks for reading!

Until next time, happy learning for everyone!
