So in this article I'm going to break down something I've been saying for years into 5 repeatable steps. Then I'm going to add a bonus step or two for you too.

Here is what I've been saying for years to my students. I call it my "traffic mantra"

Don't chase after traffic. Find out where the traffic is going and get your content in front of it. Then redirect that traffic exactly where you want it to go.

Now let's break that down into each of the 5 steps, and then add the bonus steps.

Here we go:

Step 1 - Don't chase after traffic

Step 2 - Find out where the traffic is already going

The traffic is already going somewhere. So check out where the traffic is already going in your niche. Is it to Facebook, LinkedIn, or some other social media platform? Is it to webinars to learn more about your topic? Find out.

Step 3 - Get your content in front of where the traffic is already going

Once you discover where the traffic in your niche is going, get your content in front of that traffic. Get your articles, videos, social media up dates, blog posts, pins, however you purpose and repurpose your content, get in front of that traffic.

Step 4 - Redirect the traffic exactly where you want it to go
