5 Software Testing Podcasts for 2022
Level up your testing skills anywhere.

Finding quality software testing podcasts can be tough, and generally by the time that I find one that I like, the creator stops making the show. (Rest in peace Let’s Talk About Test, Baby)
I’ve wrote about testing podcasts in the past, but here’s a roundup of five current testing or quality assurance related podcasts for 2022.
1. The Testing Show by QualiTest Group
The Testing Show has been around since 2016, and is still going strong. Episodes tend to be anywhere from 20–35 minutes long, and include regular guests hosts.
The Testing Show publishes a new episode every week.
Recent episode topics include:
- Accessibility testing
- TestOps
- Coverage of conferences
- Insurance testing

2. Test & Code
Test & Code in Python doesn’t focus just on testing. It’s a great option for folks who focus on automation testing in Python, with episodes covering testing basics as well as more python and programming heavy focused episodes.
If you’re a tester that’s interested in learning more programming, this podcast is a great way to soak up a little more information.
They update with one episode a week.

3. TestGuild Automation Podcast
TestGuild’s Automation Podcast is a weekly testing podcast that been sharing episodes since 2019. Joe Colantonio runs the podcast, and the show hosts guests pretty often to keep it feeling fresh.
Recent episode topics:
- Planning, and designing test automation
- Accessibility testing with Cypress
- Building a software quality assurance process from the ground up
Where can you listen to the TestGuild Automation Podcast?
4. The Ministry of Testing Dojo Podcast by the Ministry of Testing
Ministry of Testing provides the Tester’s Island Dojo Podcast. They have multiple podcasts niches, and all of them are worth your time. They publish new episodes multiple times a week, with episodes ranging from 30 minutes to an hour.
A pretty big downside of the Ministy of Testing podcasts, is that they aren’t clearly labeled, and lack descriptions. So it’s not as easy to scroll through their list of episodes to find an episode that you’re interested in.

- Plenty of interviews with testing professionals
- Specifics for testing for startups
- Testing trends in the industry

5. AB Testing
AB Testing podcast is a grandparent in the space. They’ve been pumping out episodes since 2014, and are still releasing episodes every month. Episodes average a length of 45–60 minutes long.
They have over 150 episodes ready for you to binge.
