Summary

This webpage provides five practical principles on how to manifest what you want, focusing on the importance of emotional range, neutrality, effortless manifestation, self-acceptance, and flipping the traditional paradigm of achieving happiness.

Abstract

The article titled "5 Practical Principles On How To Manifest What You Want" offers guidance on consciously creating the life one desires. It emphasizes that manifesting intentions and desires into reality is not as mysterious as it seems and can be achieved through embodying a certain attitude and state of being. The five principles outlined in the article are:

  1. All outcomes are created by being within a certain emotional range, highlighting the importance of resonance.
  2. If you cannot get into the right range, aim for neutrality, which can be achieved through mindfulness practice.
  3. Manifesting is not about working harder but about letting go of limiting thoughts and emotions.
  4. You are enough as you are, and the journey of life is about revealing your infinite potential rather than adding something new.
  5. Flip the age-old paradigm on its head by prioritizing happiness and fulfillment before achieving desired outcomes.

5 Practical Principles On How To Manifest What You Want

Start here to consciously create the life you desire.

Manifesting your intentions and desires into physical reality is not as woo-woo or cryptic as teachings like the Law of Attraction make it seem.

From my years of immersing myself and learning about manifestor’s consciousness, it simply comes down to embodying a certain attitude and state of being.

Below are five important principles on how “manifesting” and conscious creation work. Whether you buy into quantum manifestation or not, these principles can be applied to achieving goals or creating any type of change in your life.

5 Practical Principles of Manifesting

1. All outcomes are created by being within a certain emotional range.

If you understand anything about how manifesting works, understand this one point: everything in life comes down to resonance. In other words, your mental and emotional energy needs to be a vibrational match or at least in the same range as the outcome you wish to manifest in physical reality.

This is the Law of Resonance and is the most important principle when it comes to manifesting goals. Every other idea pertaining to manifesting or conscious creation (including the rest of the principles on this list) ultimately will lead you back to recognizing what you energetically resonate with.

I’ve written extensively about resonance in past blog posts. You can get started here.

2. If you can’t get in the right range, the next best thing is neutrality.

Suddenly changing your attitude from negative to positive is difficult. It’s not like turning on a switch over your entire neurophysiology. Telling yourself to “be positive” rarely works when you are stuck in a negative vibe.

However, what you should really be asking yourself: can I at least come to a neutral position?

This is how mindfulness practice becomes vital. Through mindfulness, we can simply observe our limited states of being and bring them back to neutral without judgment.

Any practice that works with the mind always starts with mindfulness and the goal is entering neutrality, not turning into a spiritual superhero.

3. You don’t need to work harder.

Manifesting is never about achieving something or doing more and in many ways, it’s the exact opposite of hard work. More precisely, it’s about letting go of the endless ideas rattling around in your head that you unconsciously cling to.

However, keep in mind, that it’s not about actively letting go by exerting more effort. Force-feeding surrender actually creates a state of dissonance. When you become fixated on “needing” to let go, you are sending a signal that something is wrong with you and you inadvertently begin to embody this as your state of being.

This is where mindfulness comes in.

Once you neutralize your limited thoughts and emotions, then the aim is to move into awareness which is the subjective version of mindfulness.

Through awareness, we recognize where we are in the moment and then we make informed choices by asking ourselves:

  • If I don’t want to be in this particular state I am currently in, and I don’t want to repeat these same experiences, what do I want?
  • What is it that I do align (resonate) with?
  • What do I actually want to experience?

4. Yes, it’s true, you are enough as you are.

You heard it a zillion times—the way you are right now is perfect.

At certain times, life requires you to build a newer, grander version of yourself. However, most of the time, the real task is dismantling the conditions in your life that prevent you from seeing your infinite nature and full potential.

This turns life into a journey of revealing what is already residing within you rather than adding something new.

Here’s a snippet from a poem I wrote that echoes this idea:

You are an infinite being… Residing in an infinite Universe.. Possessing infinite potential.

You have the same energy that hung the stars in the sky and created worlds blazing inside you.

Resonate with just a drip of this splendor and you’ll suddenly be propelled by the thunder of a lion’s roar reverberating from the center of your being.

Once you recognize this, the only thing left to do is to start slaying any ideas, beliefs, or circumstances in your present reality that stands in your way from embodying this truth.

5. Flip that age-old paradigm on its head.

Go from the classic mental narrative of: “Once I have that thing or achieve that outcome and then I’ll be happy and fulfilled.”

And instead, allow your mantra to be:

“When I’m happy and fulfilled, that thing or outcome I want will come.”

This doesn’t mean you have to disregard your wants and needs. But it does mean, you don’t have to identify with them.

Again, this goes back to that all-important idea of resonance and emotional range. You can have all the desires you want in life but what is your attitude when pursuing them?

  • Are you genuinely having fun?
  • Are you playful and light?
  • Or are you worried, stressed, or overwhelmed most of the time?

Chasing goals from these latter states creates feelings of lack which in turn builds resistance and only pushes them further away from you.
