My 5 Life Changing Experiences On The Ketogenic Diet

Ketogenesis is my newly discovered biological hack.

It has changed my life.

Here are the 5 ways how.

1. I Have Tapped Into An Infinite Energy Pool

My usual workday on a high-carbohydrate diet consisted of post-food energy highs and 2-hour-post-meal energy lows, ultimately leading to a crash at the end of the day.

I had no energy to go to the gym and do any creative work post my working hours.

This has changed.

Post ketosis, I have no highs and lows in energy.

I am successfully off this energy rollercoaster.

My body runs at a constant energy level throughout the day.

Contrary to feeling drained out post-work, work days get me better into ketosis.

It feels like tapping into a previously undiscovered crazy efficient source of energy i.e. my own body fat.

2. There Is No Post Meal Slump

I used to feel extremely fatigued post meals on a high-carbohydrate diet.

This was because of the insulin spikes that my meals caused (that in turn caused a drop in my blood glucose).

On a Ketogenic diet, there are no high insulin spikes and one can say goodbye to the nasty post-meal slump.
