My usual workday on a high-carbohydrate diet consisted of post-food energy highs and 2-hour-post-meal energy lows, ultimately leading to a crash at the end of the day.
I had no energy to go to the gym and do any creative work post my working hours.
This has changed.
Post ketosis, I have no highs and lows in energy.
I am successfully off this energy rollercoaster.

On a Ketogenic diet, there are no high insulin spikes and one can say goodbye to the nasty post-meal slump.

As my brain enjoys its constant source of energy (ketones), it just functions better.
There are no mood fluctuations.

I have lost 18.5 kg (41 pounds) in body weight in the last 3 months.
This is mostly in the form of visceral fat loss.
I aim to reach <10% in terms of my body fat in the coming months.

I am on a majorly Carnivore diet (a fancy name for an extremely low carbohydrate diet).
My meals consist of:

and that’s everything.
It’s simple.
Takes me the least amount of energy to decide on what to cook/take away every day.
High-fat meals are more satisfying than high carbohydrates meals, so much so that it is now tough for me to quit a Ketogenic diet.
