1- Oats

Oats are a cereal that has a very high nutritional value and we can serve it in many ways. This recipe is the best for us: We cut an apple into small pieces, in a pan put the apple and a ts of honey and heat until it is caramelized then sprinkle cinnamon then add the oats and stir a little and finally put a cup of milk until it boils and itis ready. You can present it to your child from the eighth month, making sure of each item separately, without honey, and with honey after the first year.
2- Hidden vegetable pizza

Most children refuse vegetables at a certain time. This recipe is great for inserting some vegetables without discovering them. Most kids love pizza so this was the hidden vegetable pizza recipe. The base of the pizza will be from potatoes. Grate the potatoes and put on them a tablespoon of whole wheat flour, oatmeal, or any healthy flour you use, an egg, a sprinkle of salt, and any spice you like. Spread it in the pizza tray and the filling is anything you like, but to make a full meal I put homemade basturma and cheddar cheese, pieces of green pepper, small tomatoes, and olives. Bake it and enjoy it with your kids, it is so yummy.
3- Pasta with hidden vegetable sauce

This recipe is also for hidden vegetables, but it needs any kind of protein to be a full meal. Boiled pasta, you can use any kind. The sauce is made of boiled carrots and tomato juice and beat them in a blender and put them on fire with a little salt and favorite spices. I made it on pasta with meatballs
4- Soup

The ingredients of this soup are full of nutritional benefits. It is a side dish and not the main course, of course. Grated zucchini, grated potatoes, sliced tomatoes, and sliced onions, You can add any vegetables. After boiling, beat them with the hand mixer, then we put them on the fire again and put the necessary salt and spices and 3 spoons of cooking cream.
5- Healthy chocolate

This recipe is very delicious and we can serve it as a snack or as a dessert. It is made of mashed avocado and mashed banana with a small spoon of raw cocoa and we have healthy and delicious chocolate.
