5 Exciting Benefits You Need To Know About Meditating Before Sleep

If you told me a year ago that I’d be doing this practice, I’d probably laugh with ignorance and wouldn’t believe you.
You might be skeptical like I used to be. It’s all good my friend.
Give yourself the next 5 minutes to discover these magical and exciting benefits I’ve found and you may just want to give this a try yourself.

The benefits of meditating 10–30 minutes before you fall asleep are out of this world.
Magical things are showing up in my life I’d never thought of.
Among the many transformational practices I’m teaching, this meditation stands out to help you go deeper into creating your desired reality.
I used to visualize as I was falling asleep, which I believe is an excellent way to start creating your life, and to go deeper into creating my reality I’ve added a meditation before sleep as well.
As you’re falling asleep, your brainwaves are slowing down and your mind is more suggestible in this stage. Whatever you imagine in your mind at this time, your subconscious cannot tell the difference between if it is real or imagination.
This is the best time to create your reality and reprogram your subconscious thoughts and beliefs.
Your underlying subconscious beliefs will determine the emotions you feel the next day, the actions and habits you do moving forward.
I’m so intrigued by its beautiful benefits and I had to share this with you to inspire and shed some light that a simple 10–30 minutes before bedtime meditation can do for you and transform the rest of your life.

1. Raising Your Vibration:
This is such a profound feeling in your body as you discover that by meditating, your brain (electric) and your heart (magnetic) combine and create an electromagnetic field around you. 🥳
When your heart and mind are coherent, working harmoniously together, you feel gratitude, love, joy, and appreciation for life.
Your vibration rises, leading you to sleep with love in your heart.
It’s like sending a signal to your subconscious mind that this is how you prefer to feel each day, while reprogramming your mind as you sleep and letting go of your old undesired emotions. It’s magical.

2. Release Daily Consumed or Experienced Energies, and Emotions:
In your day-to-day life, there are several negative energies and emotions that can enter your body, from news, people, places, things, that might bring out the worst in you.
When you meditate before you sleep, you let go of these energies/emotions, which means you’re cleansing your body, mind, and soul from any emotions or energies that are not yours and replace it with love, joy, and excitement for life.
You fall asleep with a lighter physical and energy body, releasing all negative emotions and energies that have entered your space during the day.

3. Healing Your Physical and Energy Body:
As you meditate and let go of these unpleasant emotions and low-energy vibes, you’re healing your body on a cellular level.
Your breathing slows, and your body gets a signal from you: It’s time to heal.
You don’t have to do anything; that’s not your job.
You simply relax, breathe in love, joy, and appreciation, and breathe out stress, unease, pain, memories that no longer serve you.
Your body is an amazing powerful machine, and you can heal yourself if you wanted to.

4. Meeting with Your Guardian Angels:
If you’re like me, you might be skeptical about this at first, which is completely normal. Most of us feel that way when we haven’t yet experienced something personally.
We are often programmed by the belief, “I’ll believe it when I see it”, yet it’s a complete lie.
Your physical eyes have limits in perceiving reality, only capturing a fraction of the spectrum of what’s around us. (see image below)
You have a guardian angel around you at all times, except it isn’t in physical form; it’s in light form.
We must teach ourselves to believe it before seeing it with our physical eyes, and it will all be revealed to us as we allow ourselves to open our hearts filled with trust and see beyond what our physical eyes can perceive.
Since I started meditating before I fall asleep, I began to see and feel my guardian angels. I’m so excited to meet with them, and sometimes I feel like I don’t want to finish my meditation and just stay there, hanging out with them for just a little longer, every night.
The most peaceful, loving, energetic alignment I’ve ever experienced.

5. You Begin Receiving Messages from Your Higher Self, Universe, or Angels:
As you’re making a habit of meditation before you fall asleep, after a few weeks, you’re deepening your connection with your energy body.
You begin to feel frequencies around you and allow yourself to listen.
You’ve cleansed your body, mind, and soul at this point, and you begin to receive profound messages from your angels, higher self, universe.
These messages are being downloaded into your mind and show up immediately, within a the next day or somewhere in between.
I sometimes take notes right after or in the morning when I receive these messages. They are so profound; I know it’s coming from higher realms.
