Spending money on the right social media platform</h1><p id="1bd8">For me spending money on a youtube subscription is the best thing.</p><p id="455a">I believe the internet has so many free resources to learn and upgrade the skill, so putting money on the right social media platform will help you grow.</p><p id="e22a">YouTube is free, you can learn any skill you want, and all you have to do is put it into action having a subscription makes it easy to learn without any ad disturbance in the middle of learning.</p><h2 id="c558">How to use it:</h2><ul><li>Identify what you want to learn and subscribe to those channels</li><li>Personalize your recommendation.</li><li>Unsubscribe to channels that are unmotivating or random vlogs where you spent a huge time, and give you no results.</li><li>Share what you learn with people, using a blog post, or vlogs, or talk to your family about it. When you share you understand more deeply and it even helps other.</li><li>Make a personalized playlist for each of the skills and save videos there to come back and watch.</li></ul><h1 id="288d">4. Doing this while having anxiety or feeling overwhelmed</h1><p id="a9fb">All days don't go as we want.</p><p id="9be9">Life happens, things happen and we can't change anything at the moment. I learned this idea from an Instagram reel, and to be honest, my Instagram is all about some skills or quotes, where I watch and look for things that help me grow.</p><p id="c1b0">The idea was splashing ice-cold water on my face, believe me, it works.</

I believe habits define us. It’s all about how we act every day.

I saw a tweet on Twitter that said — if every morning you instantly check social media as you wake up every day, then you are starting your day in the wrong manner. You need to focus and start using app blockers.

We all know our bad habits, we know what to change but we procrastinate to change it.

Increasing productivity is a goal that many people strive for, but it can be difficult to know where to start, here I am listing the 5 habits that I do to save time and increase my productivity of myself with everyone around me.

1. The Best way to stop a bad habit

It’s the best way to stop a bad habit, believe me.

My husband has this nail-biting habit, every time his hand is near his mouth. Though I always said not to bite nails when I am around, it still kept going.

If you look at the nails of people who thus nail bitting, their nails are so tiny, almost in their skin.

The Internet has so many tips to stop nail biting, but it didn’t work for me. According to research, 20–30 % of people bite their nails, so it’s time to stop it.

Biting nails is not good for health, as our hands have bacteria, and putting it always in the mouth won’t be good for the body.

How to fix it:

  • Charge money: Every time I see my husband biting, I charge him $1, to be honest we mostly meet in the evening after our work. He literally bites his nails at least 5 times, but that is reduced because I keep on charging money.
  • Give time: Just like good habit takes time to build, bad habits take time to stop. In my case, it’s been a month and I can see improvement. I see my husband takes his hand near his mouth and suddenly realize that he has to stop, otherwise he needs to pay me.
  • You can stop any bad habit with this idea: Whatever bad habit you yourself have, or if you want someone from your family to stop it, charge money.
  • Charge more money and not something they can easily give: I know, I am charging just $1, it’s my first month. If he must be at home for the whole day, and I am with him, I would probably get around $30 for that, though now his habit has much improved.
