5 AI Tools That Are Giving Me an Unfair Advantage in Business
Five Tools That Are Revolutionizing the Business World!

Hello, fellow business enthusiasts!
Today, we’re going to dive into a topic that’s been making waves in the corporate world — Artificial Intelligence (AI). But we’re not just going to talk about AI in a general sense. Instead, we’re going to focus on five AI tools that have been absolute game-changers for me.
Before we get started, allow me to introduce myself.
I’m a freelancer specializing in the AI business sector. I work independently, but my work’s impact is far from small. My expertise in AI has allowed me to collaborate with some of the biggest companies globally, providing them with AI solutions that have transformed their operations.
In addition to my freelance work, I also run an Etsy shop where I sell custom prompts. These prompts are designed to help businesses leverage AI in their operations, making them more efficient and competitive. You can check out my shop ETSY .
Just to be clear, I’m not being paid to promote these tools, nor am I affiliated with any of these companies.
I’ve been using these tools for the past months, and they’ve been incredibly helpful for me. I genuinely believe they can be beneficial for you too.
So, without further ado, let’s dive in!
1. Fireflies.ai
Let’s start with a tool that I think we can all relate to — Fireflies.ai. If you’re anything like me, you probably have multiple meetings in a day, most of which are on Zoom. And if you’re really like me, those meetings tend to blur together after a while.
Before discovering Fireflies.ai, I used to have an assistant sit in on my meetings, take notes, list out actionable items, and ensure I didn’t forget deadlines or deliverables. But with Fireflies.ai, I no longer need that.
This tool is fantastic because it works on Zoom, Google Meets, and Microsoft Teams. It records your meetings, transcribes them, and even summarizes them for you. But that’s not all. It also lists out the actionable steps you need to take and can remind you about specific parts of the meeting if you forget something.
For instance, if someone mentioned they needed information from me by Friday, but I forgot the exact day, I could simply ask Fireflies.ai, “What day did they need this by?” or “Did they need any deliverables from my team by the end of the week?” and it would provide an output from that specific meeting.
Fireflies.ai is also great for setting reminders. There have been countless times where I’ve told someone I’d send them more information after the meeting, only to forget about it later. With Fireflies.ai, that’s no longer a problem.
And if you’re an advanced user, you’ll love this — Fireflies.ai can plug into your CRM, Trello, or Monday.com. You can make commands mid-meeting, and it will create tasks for you.
2. Ingestai.io
Next up on our list is Ingestai.io, a tool that’s going to save a lot of managers a lot of time. If you’ve ever had a new person join your team or had to work with another agency, you’ll know that they often have a lot of the same questions. Answering these questions over and over again can be redundant and not the best use of your time. That’s where Ingestai.io comes in.
Ingestai.io is like a virtual AI consultant that’s equipped with your knowledge. Here’s how I’ve used it: I had my team transcribe every YouTube video I’ve ever made, every Discord AMA, every tweet I’ve ever written, every announcement I’ve ever made, and any form of content I’ve ever done. We then fed all this information to Ingestai.io, and now it’s a Discord bot.
This bot can answer any question in the way I have answered that question before in my previous content. For example, if someone asks about my company, the bot can provide an answer based on what I’ve said in the past. This is incredibly useful because it saves me from having to answer the same questions repeatedly.
If you’re a manager of a company and you get a lot of these same questions from people that are training or new, or even from clients, all you have to do is create a one-hour voice recording answering each one of those common frequently asked questions. Once you record it, you can transcribe it and put that into this bot. You can then create the bot in Discord or Slack, and anyone can now ask the bot that question instead of asking you.
Ingestai.io is going to save managers a lot of time and is really valuable because it’s basically a consultant that has your knowledge base in it. If you wanted to put your whole life’s knowledge into this, all you have to do is record five or six podcasts sharing all of your opinions. You’ll never have to answer those questions again because the bot will answer them for you.
3. Tango
The third tool we’ve been using is Tango, which we use to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or step-by-step guides. If you’ve ever worked in a company, you’ll know that there are a lot of redundant tasks that need to be done on a day-to-day basis. Often, you interchange who does that role, and it would be a big waste of time for me to have to teach someone, let’s say, how to upload to Instagram every time we hire a new content manager or a new team member that manages social media.
Instead of having to do that, we create an SOP, which is basically a step-by-step guide on how to upload to Instagram or any task that needs to be done by someone in the organization. Tango is incredible for this. All you do is download this Chrome extension and hit record. Each time you click on your screen, it’s going to take a screenshot of what you clicked on and then actually create a step-by-step guide.
Tango — Please note that Tango has several products, and the specific one mentioned in the blog post may not be the main product on their website.
4. Canva
The fourth tool on our list is one you might already be familiar with — Canva. If you’re not, Canva is essentially a user-friendly Photoshop or design tool that helps you create aesthetically pleasing social media posts, brand assets for your website, and more. If you need a rebrand, Canva can even help you with that.
But Canva isn’t just a design tool anymore. They’ve recently announced a new AI suite that’s really cool. With these new AI tools, you don’t need to learn Photoshop or hire an expensive designer if you don’t have the budget. You can use Canva to make really aesthetically pleasing social media posts or branding.
The first tool in this suite is called Magic Design. With this tool, you can drag and drop a photo of yourself, and it will create well-designed flyers or posters. You can add any text, and it will look like you’re a professional designer using Photoshop. In reality, you just dragged and dropped, and it’s the AI tool that put your text and photo in there.
The next tool is Magic Eraser. Let’s say you sell products through an e-commerce brand. You have a nice picture of your product, but there’s an unwanted object in the background. With the Magic Eraser, all you have to do is draw over the unwanted object, and voila, it’s erased like nothing was ever there. This task, which used to require Photoshop and a designer, can now be done with AI on Canva natively.
The third tool is Magic Edit. Let’s say you have a product, and you want to add a specific background to signify something about the product. You can draw over the background and ask the tool to add the specific object. For example, if you have a banana-flavored chapstick, you can ask the tool to add bananas to the background. This results in a pleasing photo for your Instagram feed or even an ad.
The last tool is Magic Presentations, which is a lot like an AI presentation or PowerPoint builder. This can now be done in Canva. While other tools might be better for the actual content and storytelling, Canva is excellent for the design side. The designs look professional, and it’s all just drag and drop, no code.
The era of no code is upon us. You can now build software tools without any code whatsoever. If you want to learn how to do that, I talked about that in my last video and shared my mindset and how I’m approaching business for the next 10 years. I think it’s important for a lot of people to learn, so go check that out if it sounds interesting to you.
Canva has other tools as well, like AI to help you write in your documents and text to image if you want to have a mid-journey natively in Canva. These were the main improvements that I saw, and some of them look super exciting. So definitely go check out Canva if you need design for your business.
5. Hoppy Copy
The fifth tool on our list is Hoppy Copy. Now, I was initially skeptical about this one because there are so many copywriting tools out there. But Hoppy Copy has been really cool because of how specifically targeted it is. You can tell that the people who created this tool have been in the industry.
Hoppy Copy writes high-converting emails ten times faster. If you don’t know, email campaigns, email drip campaigns, email automations, and email follow-ups are a huge part of business, especially in e-commerce or marketing agencies. What this tool does is it creates drip campaigns for you, email automations for you. It’ll create the copy, the templates, and the actual flows.
For example, let’s say you want to sell a product, and you have an email list of 10,000 people. What you want to do typically is create five or ten emails and set up a drip campaign where it sends an email to that list every three days. The first email might be a story of someone using the product who had a success story with it. The next one might be all the benefits. The third one might be a special discount if they get it today only. These are classic email drip campaigns.
The cool thing about Hoppy Copy is it has templates for the entire campaign and will write each individual email for you within the campaign based on your end goal. It’s really optimized for direct-to-consumer sales. The prompts of how it outputs emails are going to be persuasive and salesy if that’s the goal you want.
For instance, if someone added a product to their cart but didn’t check out, Hoppy Copy will give you templates on add-to-cart-but-didn’t-check-out emails. This triggers a customer support flow for your email campaigns. The fact that it’s so intuitive and the copy is really good, and it’s actually tailored for conversions and persuasion based on their experience, is what makes Hoppy Copy stand out.
Bonus: Notion
I’ve already talked about Notion in a previous video, but I want to throw this in here as a bonus. This is what we use in our organization to track everybody’s tasks, assign tasks, manage content, and basically anything you could think about to organize and take notes. All of our documents are in Notion, and the fact that they have AI in there now has been so helpful and intuitive.
Think about Google Docs or Google Slides, but now that they actually have the AI within Notion, it is just so intuitive because it can help me brainstorm, come up with new ideas, make lists, make tables, extract data, and show presentations right there in Notion without ever having to leave.
Well, that wraps up our exploration of these AI tools that are revolutionizing the way we do business.
I hope you found this information as valuable as I did. Remember, these tools are not just about making our lives easier; they’re about giving us an edge in the competitive world of business. So, don’t just sit on the sidelines. Dive in, explore these tools, and see how they can transform your business operations.
Thank you for joining me on this journey.
