4 Ways How To Find Your Golden Hours of The Day
Today’s the time to change your tomorrow (Day:- 3)
Greetings authors,
Welcome you all to the third post of the theme “Time management”. Managing time is the hardest thing to do. If you want to achieve your higher goals, then time management is a crucial thing to focus on. We all like different times of the day to work. For example, some of the people like to work in the morning, they feel they are more productive at the moment. On the other side, some people like to work at night, they think that they are more productive at night.
“Have regular hours for work and play; make each day both useful and pleasant, and prove that you understand the worth of time by employing it well.”
-Louisa May Alcott
What is the golden hour of the day?
The time of the day when you are more motivated, productive, and focused. Different people have different golden hours of the day.
If you are working on your to-do list, you might observe that in some tasks you are most productive and in another task, you just try to finish your work because in that time you are less productive.
Why it’s important to find out the golden hours of the day?
Sometimes, you have some tasks that require a lot of dedication and focus. They are important for you to finish because your future depended on them. If you know the golden hours of the day, you can fix that tasks in your golden time. When you do this work in the golden hours, you will be able to give your 100 percent hard work and effort. There is no chance of any mistakes.
4 Ways to Find The Golden Hour of The Day
- Track your everyday time
This is an easy way to find your golden time. Track your everyday time. By doing this, you will get a rough idea about whether are you a morning person or a night person.
You will find out that does morning excites your or the night to work you hard.
2. Use apps to find your golden hours
In this technological era, we have a bunch of apps to find everything. There are many apps available on the internet that will help you to find your favorite golden time of the day.
Here’s one of the apps that I use.
This is an android app that will help you not only to find your golden time but it is also weather and astronomical calculator. It’s completely free to use.
3. Observe your behavior while finishing every task
No one helps you better than yourself. Whenever you take over a new task to finish, observe yourself and your behaviors. At the end of the day, evaluate your all tasks and see which are the tasks you did it productively and perfectly. Now, check-in your to-do list that on which time you finish that task and you will be able to find your golden hour of the day.
4. Experiment with the different pick times of the day
There are some of the pick times of mornings and night. Whenever you have nothing planned or you have a free day, experiment with a different task. Try to choose some creative task which will help you to find how much product you are.
Today’s prompt is,
Break your workday into 3-5 time blocks to determine your golden hours or biological prime time. Using a notepad or a free time tracking application, keep track of your weekly productivity. Rank these time slots from most to least productive at the end of the week.
You can only find your productive time by scheduling your day and examining your entire day. Once, you find it your productive time, schedule difficult tasks for peak productivity times.
“The most efficient way to live reasonably is every morning to make a plan of one’s day and every night to examine the results obtained.”
-Alexis Carrel
Make a plan and be dedicated to it.
