Every situation indeed becomes your reality, but when an unpleasant place teaches you a lesson, then you have had a unique encounter — Author

Even the old folks will confirm that only a few humans have the opportunity to be present in certain situations to know, or let alone grasp an idea so quickly.

Nine out of ten times, the universe always brings us the answer or likelihood of a problem being solved. But when it does, how do you recognize it?

Observation

You can be as sharp as a needle in your mind and still not be able to observe in certain conditions. That is why you stay afloat in most situations and still keep acting worrisome, without answers or solutions.

I didn’t know it was easy to solve such problems and be free from any tight situation until I observed certain encounters I had in specific unpleasant places.

Old folks meeting — Never underestimate the importance of consistent savings.

I was, coincidentally, made the focal point at a party some time ago. Although it wasn’t my intention to be there, and with my first few minutes of being there, I already had the idea that it would be one of my most unpleasantly visited places.

I took my grandpa to meet some of his friends. I thought I would be leaving early, but it soon dawned on me that I would be there all day. It was quite an unpleasant situation with rickety old folks. But I learned a great deal about never underestimating the power of consistent saving.

After seeing the place as an opportunity to learn and grasp knowledge, I met a man in his seventies who told me he made millions from mere savings.

He told me he was having a wonderful life now more than ever, and I asked how. He narrated how he had been saving up for this moment since he was in the middle of college. I soon understood the power of consistent saving, or compound interest.

It’s crazy to think it’s possible to save for your old age when you are young. But with what I experienced in that unpleasant situation, I knew it was possible, and it was an unbelievable life lesson.

In an interview waiting room — Who you listen to is who you become.

I attended the interview a few months back, and it was a real eye-opener, as I was really in need of specific answers to some depressing life questions.

I was in the interview waiting room with two ladies. I was called in first and interviewed immediately on arrival but, was asked to go back into the waiting room for further information. While I was there, I became uncomfortable with the situation, and soon, an interaction ensued with one of the girls.

Soon she went in for her interview, and another conversation ensued with the other lady. Surprisingly, they both had the answers to my problem in their speech.

I felt uncomfortable with my reactions for waiting so long, but I was happy in my heart that I got the most unbelievable life lesson. Which is that whoever you listen to is who you become.

In daunting situations, getting advice from others should be a surface step and not a deep plan. Because you might end up doing what that person says, and it might not be the actual answer to your problem. So listen to whoever has a solution for you, but act after thinking about it.

Traffic — Patience is the 0% and the 90% needed for success.

Sometime in February, I was on my way to my full-time job. I was up early and had myself well prepared for the day.

I had close to 1 hour ahead of my resumption time. A few minutes into the journey, there was nagging traffic on the way. I always had my ear pods on, but on this one occasion, I just had the feeling to remove them from my ear as the situation was getting unpleasant.

Immediately after I unplugged it, I started to listen to someone’s story. Two friends sitting right behind me were having a chit-chat, and I immediately knew it was a one-time opportunity.

Their chat was wrapped around patience being a needed factor in success. Everyone knows that, right? But what I got was different.

Patience is that factor that you should know when and when not to swerve according to the situation at hand. Sometimes you don’t have to be too patient when waiting for success. All you need is a little bit of patience and more hard work.

Other times, you have no choice but to keep waiting regardless of the hard work because it could simply be the larger drop in your dosage of success.

Hospital reception — Nothingness is the full shade of life.

It was yet another most unpleasant place to be. I made my way with a friend to visit his older cousin at the hospital. When we got there, he wasn’t in the best condition.

Although the doctor had previously advised that his family get prepared for him to exit the real world, we had high hopes for him. We laughed and joked with him until late at night.

Little did we know he was about to kick hard at the bucket.

A few minutes into midnight, it finally happened. I was devastated as I had just seen someone go right in front of my eyes.

I consoled my friend, and we went out to the reception that night. Soon we heard another cry, and a young man right about our age came crying to the reception. Soon, we wailed together and started sharing the life stories of our recently deceased.

After we gave our story, he started sharing the story of his recently deceased grandfather.

It wasn’t long till I learned the most unbelievable life lesson ever. It implies that nothingness has a complete cycle in life.

His grandpa was well off in life. He achieved all that there was, and he still left it all, never to be seen again. Same as my friend’s cousin who had little to no achievement in life before leaving.

That scenario taught me to see life differently. And to always have a tiny little spot for the thought of not being able to breathe anymore.

Muster up some confidence

It takes more than just one push, and less than one pull to get through life.

Life could act as though it is the toughest piece in the universe, but when you develop the spirit of observation, you will always find the answer to your problems in places that might be unpleasant but unbelievably true.
