Well, We all have some unreal imaginations, thoughts, and fantasies it could be sexual, related to your desires and something you want to come true. But the huge difference between imaginations and reality which need to understand.

If those were true you’d be the richest person in the world, you’d married to your favorite actor or actress or maybe Right now you are travelling across the world and God knows what else you want.

Some things you need to control to save your brain from the blast.

Worthless Imaginations

Yes, I m talking about worthless imaginations, not every imagination worthy or able to come true. I know you must be thinking how can my imagination be worthless when everyone saying ‘‘If you can imagine you can do it’’

Ok, let's say if you Imagine and say “ I wish I could see my future so I can take the correct decision ” do you think it’s possible? not even a bit.

This kind of imagination couldn't give you anything but anxiety, depression, and stress. I know it's not that easy to get rid of your own imagination because its nothing but what you want, your desires.

You need to differentiate between the worthy imagination and worthless imagination, as I said not all imagination is worthy there are some imaginations that have no relevance as you read you can’t see your future.

The Dark World

When you continuously following unnecessary thoughts. you’ll create two worlds in your brain one is real and the second is an illusory world that is your dark world Which takes you far away from reality.

I am not saying you imagined a black room or some kind of black magic, I just want to say that you created your own world full of thoughts that might be negative or useless.

No doubt it can be full of positive thoughts but those positive thoughts that can’t be real. For example, you can’t be a bird, right? unless you are, maybe I am so lucky that I have my first bird reader. that’s my worthless imagination.

Sometimes these thoughts give you temporary happiness, you’ll like it and sometimes you might think that Am I mad? How can be this real?

You don’t need to stress about it You just need to convince your self that there is no such kind of thing that exists at all.

Fragmented Truth

When you think about thoughts that are illusory which is nothing but a fragmented truth. just ask yourself is it the truth? or Am I assuming such things?

If not you need to find out what is truth and when you find out you’ll be able to know the truth and stop messing with your brain with fragmented truth.

Every time when you imagine and think about such illusory thoughts there’s also one thing behind it that is fragmented truth. not satisfied?

Well, Remember when we were talking about worthless imagination and the dark world, what you think what behind those useless thoughts that you are wishing to see your future or becoming a bird.

This is only a fragmented truth a truth that Has no relevance and there is a deficiency of truth. it’s nothing but your unwanted thought.
