4 Simple Rules to Make 2024 a Better Year

Considering the fact that the year 2024 has just started 3 weeks ago I think it’s not too late to present the 4 simple rules that I apply and that I’m sure will help you make this year better.

First of all it is that I wake up quite early in the morning somewhere around 5 30 am maximum 6 am. This helps me to have more time to be more productive, it gives me about an hour in the morning before I start work to also meditate and do some exercise which improves my mood.

Second is the time dedicated to reading. Every evening there is about 30 minutes minimum allocated for reading. There should be no evening that says you are too busy to do this. Setting aside about 30 minutes for reading will not only relax you and make you stay away from TV or social media but it will also train your brain.

Thirdly, you shouldn’t go more than 2–3 days without going to the gym. Maybe there are days when you work more and you don’t manage to get there on time but the next day it is mandatory to go. If you want to have a better 2024, you have to go to the gym. This will not only train your body and mind but also relieve you of stress.

Last but not least try to be better than the day before. Every day do a little more than you did yesterday.
