4 Habits I Developed To Improve My Health
Health is real wealth in today’s world.

On September 9th, 2019 I took charge of my health and never looked back. I was overweight and completely out of shape. Since then, I have incorporated many changes in my lifestyle and lost 25 pounds in the last 16 months. I feel so good about my body and feel happier than ever.
Here are the habits I inculcated in my day to day life:
1. Eat Banana in the Morning
Start your day with a banana and not tea and coffee. Banana improves the digestion system and controls sugar craving. Besides that, bananas are an excellent source of fiber. Have your first meal 15–20 minutes after eating the banana.
2. 30 Minutes of Exercise for 4–5 days a week
Exercise is the single most transformative thing to your mind and body. I can’t stress enough the importance of exercise in my daily routine. I started running 16 months ago and since then my life has not been the same. I feel more energetic throughout the day and I have started eating healthier foods.
Believe me, if a person like me who had not exercised at all till the age of 24, can do it then you can also do it. It’s never too late to start.
3. Not Buying Snacks
Snacking plays a huge role in your diet. Constant snacking barely makes you hungry and you never eat a proper meal. One way to change your habits is to change your environment. You probably will not eat snacks if you don’t have snacks at your home. It’s very hard to use your willpower every time so instead use your environment to your advantage.
4. Sleep 7–8 Hours Every Night
Sleep is your superpower and you should use it to your advantage. Focus on being productive during the daytime and don’t sacrifice sleep at the mercy of your work. Good sleep improves your concentration and helps you maximize your working hours.
Tip: Don’t use any gadgets at least 30 minutes before sleeping. It helps in falling asleep quickly and you get quality sleep.
These small things make a great impact on the way we feel about our bodies. Don’t wait for tomorrow, start taking actions from today, and change your life.
