Norway is a pretty popular place for travels and people who want to live ‘the van life’. But besides a lot of Fjords, northern lights at the Nordkapp, what is Norway and what can you expect?

The big country is full of exploration possibilities and in this article, I’ll show you 8 of the best places you should visit in Norway.

One day, I’ll hope to visit them all.

1. Nordkapp (Obviously)

I mentioned it briefly in the introduction but you have to visit the Nordkapp, it's the most Northern part of Scandinavia and perhaps even Europe.

The location itself is quite modest, yet it is breathtakingly gorgeous, with blue ocean, rocks, and the Northern Lights all in one spot.

There are so many things you can do in this area. For example fish, hike, take a bike and go for a trip — there’s something for everyone.

Or you could of course enjoy the beautiful city and enjoy the Norwegian culture.

4. Oslo (Of Course)

Of course, you’ve got to visit the capital city.

You can easily blend the city with nature when you are surrounded by the Oslofjord and extensive woods.

And like Trondheim, there are many things to do in this city. You can do whatever you like — if you’re into nature, you can go for a hike or go fishing and if you like city tripping, you could visit the capital for its delicious meals and beautiful artwork.
