I mean, you see more what is happening during the day. I know from my own experience that I felt more awake. In the beginning, you have to get used to it, but after two weeks, I felt more awaken then in those 30 years I exist.</li><li><b>More (me-)time.</b> Clearly you have more time to whatever you want to do. I mentioned above that you have more time to tick that to-do list, your goals for the year or just reading favorite magazine lying on the corner with your cup of coffee on your own, thus more me-time.</li><li><b>It’s peaceful.</b> There is clearly nobody around you. So you can feel peace. There is no noise than only the birds singing, the wind or rain ticking on the window. Nobody asking you things while you actually want to concentrate on what you’re really want to do.</li><li><b>Hear what happens around you.</b> Hear what happens when you’re all alone in the house. Hear what kind of birds are singing outside.</li><li><b>Be more conscious.</b> Be aware when your folks come downstairs. Slowly. Look around what they do. Enjoy it.</li></ol></article></body>
