365 New Days…365 New Opportunities

Happy New Year!!!

Wow, it’s so crazy to think that we have turned the page to a new year.

My writing group mentor Shaunta Grimes recently held a Fresh Start workshop where she helped us writers map out our goals for the next year.

In one of our sessions, we did an exercise that helped us determine what our word for the next year will be. My word for 2022 is FLOURISHING.

I want to flourish in my writing life and also in my personal life. I see myself as the blooming flowers that I use in my branding and website design.

2021 was a tough year for so many of us and I wanted to say to all of you, hang in there. We can re-write our story this next year. We have 365 new chances ahead of us.

You guys are awesome and I can’t wait to see what we all achieve this next year.
