I Stopped Eating Sugar for 30 Days And This Is What Happened
I couldn’t believe the transformation

If you’re reading this, you may be a sugar lover like me.
I love me some sugar in my daily coffee, a few spoonfuls of Nutella straight from a jar when I feel a little under the weather, and some chocolate syrup on top of my sliced bananas in the morning.
I decided to see what would happen to my body if I gave all this up for 30 days.
So I did, and I’m here to share some amazing results with you.
First, let me go back a few minutes in time:)
I was always on some kind of diet in my whole life.
I was always on a mission to lose more weight.
But when I got older and had 2 kids, besides working full time, I just ran out of juice to even consider finding the time to exercise and watch my diet.
Who knew how hard it is to say no to yummy kids’ foods like crackers with cheese, mini cookies, and sour worms.
So, to my surprise, when the only thing I did was quit sugar for 30 days and nothing else had changed, I was shocked to see that I’ve lost 10 lbs!
It’s crazy to me to think that we make so much effort to lose 10 lbs, and it only takes one habit change to easily lose that without too much struggle.
Now, don’t get me wrong, my coffee tasted a bit awful for the first few days, but then I got used to it, and I don’t need sugar in my coffee anymore.
And as a writer, I drink a lot of coffee. Add that up, maybe 4–5, or even 6 cups a day with 2 spoons of sugar each. Yeah, so there you go.
Among all other things like feeling more energized, having fresher-looking skin, and feeling less irritated, it was an excellent 30-day experiment.
I continue to drink my coffee without sugar, I’ve kept the 10 lbs off my body, but I do occasionally indulge in some Nutella, just not as much.
