When you have too many ideas.

Hello All,

This week has been an extraordinarily long week, and this day has been incredibly busy. It’s currently 9:45 PM and I’m writing this article with a jammed pinkie. I’m writing all of this not to look for pity, but to break the 4th wall a bit and remind myself that I am committed to my goals. Sometimes the things that we have to do aren’t fun and that’s okay.

This is the final article for the week before I email them out to my subscribers who subscribe to My Medium Friend or Kitchen Sink newsletter.

Right now I have a dilemma. I’m currently suffering from reverse writers block.

Reverse writers block is when you have too many ideas floating in your head and don’t know what to write about first.

I’ve waffled between a multitude of ideas staring at this page, and none of them felt exactly right. So I’ve decided to share a few of my story ideas here, and let you all decide what you want to read about next. If any of these topics interest you, please highlight it or leave a comment.

  • Curating a list of my favorite accounts on various sites X, Medium, YouTube etc.
  • More productivity content. I.E. tips and tricks about the tools I use, breakdowns of how I create my Notion databases, etc.
  • A recap of my first week on Medium.
  • More poetry.
  • A fictional short story.
  • Additional tutorials about public speaking.
  • My favorite book recommendations.
  • A list of Medium articles that I love.
  • My time working at Tesla.
  • My experience starting a business on X.
  • What Eclectic JOAT means to me.
  • How I got the title GOAT JOAT on X.
  • My marketing plan for Medium.
  • Geeking out about pens.
  • AMA style questions.
  • The honest truth about entrepreneurship. (As I see it.)
  • A fictional story.
  • An ode to french cleats.
  • My top tips for networking well on X.
  • Simple how to guides.
  • A Medium cookbook. A place where I share some of my favorite online recipes and cut out all of the ads.
  • A digital collection of my photography.
  • A story about a snow storm.

I have more ideas, but this is a great start.

Until next time.

-Jeff the GOAT JOAT
