Are you tired of seeing the same images to choose from for your stories and articles? If you are, then no worries! Here is a comprehensive list of websites in alphabetical order that have a bunch of different images that you can use for free.
This story helps me as much as it will help you. I have added it to my bookmarks so that I can have it readily available to use.
Images being free is very important because it is illegal to use copyright images unless the source grants the proper authorization. Free images include those in the Public Domain (PD) or certain Creative Commons (CC) images. Be careful with CC images because some of them are not authorized for you to use in works you’re earning money on, such as with Medium stories.
Commercial use is when you attach an image to a written piece of work, video, or website and you get paid from the writing, video, or site.
Remember, not all creative commons images are legal to use for free and/or commercial use, so be sure to look closely when using CC images. But public domain and images from the sites below are all good to use without worry.
Free for Commercial Use
You’ll be ok when using images as long as they are sourced from a free-to-use website and you give proper credit to the author, or you get the images from the public domain or open-access site.
Videos
Many of the free image sites also have free videos. This site is strictly free videos authorized for commercial use.

Images whether photos, pics, drawings, video, etc. in the public domain have expired intellectual property rights (copyrights) or the rights have been forfeited or are not applicable.
