30 Day Challenge — 30 Articles in 30 Publications

Hoping to organize my random shares

As the publication says, these challenges are to allow us to become better writers. I have been here for a little over two months and the journey has been amazing. There have been many publications that have allowed me to become a writer and I am so honored.

I have written many pieces and I am so fond of many of them since they portray my growth as a newbie writer. I do have to honestly say that I have found writing for some an overwhelming task as they seem like they are on the more serious and formal publication style. Therefore, I also have to mention that unfortunately, I have not been able to create some pieces for some publications I am added to. This even though I was added on the very first weeks of me being here.

That is why, to push me even harder, I would like to create 30 pieces within 30 days that are all submitted to 30 different publications. With this, I will not have the commodity to always publish on some of my favorite pubs but one of the main intentions is also to get out of my comfort bubble.

And as some of you may know, I pretty much write randomly, it depends on what my thought and reflections are taking me that day. I mostly write short essays or free-verse poems but I would also like to diversify within this challenge.

So with this being said, I have to now have a better method to tackle my random shares. And I think that organization is the key to have proper success. I have also dedicated some time to plan out the following weeks to organize my ideas and to concretely know what I am going to write about. For this, the weekends will help a lot.

By the end of this challenge, I will hopefully be more confident about my style and my overall writings. I have so far received so much support, advice, and guidance throughout this journey and I hope this doesn’t stop.

Therefore, I pledge to write 30 articles in 30 days, in 30 different publications.

The pieces I submit to the various pubs may vary from day to day since many have tons of other submissions but one of my rules is to daily submit a piece. The final publication date of such articles will not affect this challenge.
