For Those Struggling With Their Mental Health

**PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ AT LEAST 30 SECONDS OF THE ARTICLE AS WELL AS CLAP! IT HELPS ME OUT TREMENDOUSLY!**

I have watched an endless number of Youtube videos regarding mental health, anxiety, panic attacks, cervical vertigo, neurology, etc. I was left with no other choice than to do so, as my life was in disarray with no proper diagnosis. Feel free to check out “My Cervical Vertigo and Panic Disorder” story below.

But these three videos have made the biggest impression on me up to this day. More may very well come, but I implore you to watch these, as they could be life changing for you as well.

I wish you all the best.

3. Tim Box is a licensed hypnotist out of the U.K. who struggled deeply with social anxiety. When I ran across his Ted Talk while I was deep in the hell of anxiety, there were so many great points and tools that he mentioned that gave me a spark of hope. I actually had the chance of a quick zoom chat with him, but unfortunately, did not move forward with his services. Here’s “how to stop feeling feeling anxious about anxiety”.

2. Dr. Andrew Huberman is a genius. The first time I heard of him was during a podcast with Rich Roll. A neurobiologist and neuroscientist by trade, in the podcast he discussed his studies on the brain and how you can use physiology to tame your anxiety. That is a great podcast and I highly recommend watching it. However, he takes it a step further on his own podcast, The Huberman Lab, and discusses fear and trauma and its connection with the “Fight or Flight” response/mechanism in our brain. This is absolutely brilliant stuff.

  1. This video brought me to tears. If you are dealing with a condition that does not define who you truly are as a person, this is the video for you. Sean Stephenson, may his soul Rest In Peace, was born with brittle bone disease. He went through many hardships in his life, but refused to be a victim from it. His words during this ten minute video will shake you to the core and give you strength during difficult times, I promise. Here is his Ted Talk to inmates at Ironwood State Prison.
