3 Weird Signs You May Be Walking Down The Right Path
The universe is still working in mysterious ways

1. You Feel No One is Coming
I waited and waited, but no one came. The day I realized no one was coming to save me was one of the scariest days of my life. But it was the day I finally snapped out of wishful thinking and got it together. No one was coming. It was up to me to save me.
Before that, I had my hope in the universe and the people around me, but people were disappointing and the universe is so mysterious you can't understand its ways.
The universe didn't just want someone to save me.
It’s so easy to get distracted when you follow others. It’s easy to lose your way when you lack that inner guidance. When you follow the crowd, you go wherever the crowd goes, and it isn't always the right way.
The universe wanted me to learn to save myself because it was part of my mission to save souls. I had to learn to pull myself out of the darkness. It was me who came and wiped my tears and made it all okay.
I was tested to see where my heart really was.
I had to walk in the wilderness, running away from and fighting beasts. No one was coming to save me, but I was doing just that.
I will always remember how to save myself.
The universe didn’t just want someone to save me. The universe wanted me to learn to save myself.
2. You Feel Lost in Life
I felt completely lost. I wasn’t sure whether to turn left or right. I didn’t know where I was going and when I’d get there. I was well aware no one was coming to save me and I needed to find my way. It was uncomfortable.
But now I can look back on those times and realize that I had to be lost to find myself. I really had to be. I had to be lost to ask all those important life questions like, “Who am I and what am I even doing here?”
If I wasn't lost, I would be too comfortable to ask such questions.
Now I see clearly that being lost was part of the plan. I found out my true identity when I felt lost and went searching for answers. The moment I started asking those questions was the moment I started finding out who I really was, what I was here to do, and where I was headed.
When you’re lost, you look closely at everything and you begin to see things you couldn’t see before. You start to see things a little differently. If I hadn’t gotten lost, I wouldn’t have looked within myself and at my life from a new perspective.
I had to be lost to find myself.
I’ve learned that being lost isn’t synonymous with being a failure or being behind.
When you’re lost, it’s an opportunity to pave a way for yourself.
Now I see clearly that being lost was part of the plan. I had to be lost to find myself.
3. You Feel All Alone
I was finding myself, but it still didn't change the fact that it was hard. I felt like I was the only one in the world. Life was very hard. It still is. Feeling alone when you want connection is not easy. It's tough.
I was forced into hermit mode because I was searching for something outside of myself. I was alone, and it got lonely. Very lonely, but no one was coming.
Little did I know that being all alone was also part of the plan.
When there’s no one to help you, you learn how to do things on your own and for yourself. I needed to learn that.
I had to learn all about myself, and I had to start liking myself. I developed my sense of self and I did that while I was in solitude. I doubt I would have successfully done that surrounded by people.
I had to think for myself.
Being alone helped me figure out who I was and what I wanted to do with my life without pressure and distractions from others. I had to learn to stand on my own two feet.
I still needed a friend. I needed a friend in me. I needed a friend in God, most importantly.
Nobody needs God until they find themselves all alone.
When I made friends with God, suddenly I was no longer alone. His spirit was always with me. It never left me. It was my own personal savior. It was my guide. It was my very best friend.
God called me, chose me, and assigned me a mission. I didn't have to walk the earth alone anymore. He sent the right people to walk the path with me.
Before that, he equipped me by making me pass through the darkness alone in the wilderness, not because he didn't care, but because he cared enough to want to empower me.
In the wilderness, I was trained. Every battle, every obstacle, and every challenge was to make me stronger, wiser, and prepare me for my life’s work.
I needed to learn to do all those things for myself before I could do it for anyone else.
God really does work in mysterious ways.
