Articles help you build a highly responsive list for free. My clients and I have been doing it for years…

Early Side Note: I’m not a fan of the word list because I know of too many semi-sociopathic marketers who live only to extract every last penny from their “list.” The only reason I use the word “list” or “list building” is those are the keywords you search for when you want to do this.

I prefer the term “list community.” For me a list community is an audience of real people with live minds and live hearts who I get to serve.

If you’ve got an article you’ve already got several lead magnets with just a few tiny tweaks.

Every article you create and publish becomes an Evergreen Visibility Machine. These EVMs work for you all over the world 24/7. They never call in sick, never come to work cranky, never take a vacation, and never ask for a raise.
