1. Squize & Release
The first thing you want to do is locate your pelvic floor muscles.
Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles as if you are stopping your flow of urine. These are the muscles you’re going to be working with. You’re essentially going to squeeze and release in a very nice fluid movement.
- You can squeeze when we bring the inhales in.
- You can release it on the exhale.
You can imagine your vagina like a flower whose petals are opening and closing.
Go ahead and start squeezing your pelvic floor muscles right now. Allow it to be really fluid as to turn you on the.
2. Breath In & Out
The next thing you’re going to bring in is your breath.
You can actually start to inhale the energy up into your brain. next airing it back down. Keep going in that rhythm.
Now you’re going to bring in this super subtle hip movement.
You’re going to start grinding your hips and really small circles. What I’m inviting you to do here is to see how little you can actually move and how turned on you can actually get from the smallest amount of movement.
This is actually a meditative practice of being very present with the sensuality that is awakening in your hips.
Of course, if you’re at home or somewhere where you can safely unleash your pelvic movement you can definitely play with grinding more and really getting into it and seeing what feels really good.
Continue to post your pelvic floor muscles. Continue inhaling and exhaling. You can even exhale out.
If you’re able to that actually leads me into a variation.
If you are somewhere where you have more privacy or you can get away with getting a little wilder and getting a little more into your wetness than your juiciness.
3. Touch Yourself & Moan
You want to bring in two more elements that are sounding and this seductive self-touch. You’re going to essentially explore your body.
Your skin is one of the largest sex organs you have.
Your entire body is an erogenous zone.
When you sound whether it’s a moan or you’re sounding on the exhale it’s actually carrying the sound waves and the waves are carrying your sexual energy into your whole body.
