3 Super Simple Tips for Staying on Track During the Holiday Season
Don’t let the holidays be an excuse to lose your progress.
With the holiday season coming up, it’s going to get even more challenging to stay on track with your exercise and nutrition.
Don’t let this be an excuse to completely fall off and lose all your progress.
Here are 3 steps to help you effectively manage the holiday season.
1) It’s okay to live a little!
Life is about balance.
It’s okay to let yourself eat some treats every now and then — especially at special events.
In fact, this makes it way easier to stay on track long-term.
Remember, we’re looking at the bigger picture here.
2) But, when you do have special events where you want to enjoy yourself, you can still be smart about it
Let yourself eat what you want, but in moderation.
Have a little bit of everything. Make sure to eat some protein. Drink lots of water.
Remember how far you’ve come and remind yourself why you’re changing your life.
3) When you get off track, focus on the next step
Forget about what’s happened.
Focus on your next meal, your next workout, your next evening routine.
What determines your success is not whether or not you stick to the plan perfectly, but rather, getting back on track right away.
