3 Somewhat Wicked Signs The Universe is Protecting You From Worse Fate
The ways of the universe are higher than your ways
1. Sickness and Accidents
The universe will not waste time disciplining and course-correcting you when you’re derailing from the path you’re supposed to be on. Discipline may seem painful, but it's necessary and not because you’re not loved.
It is those who are loved the most who are disciplined. This isn’t to frustrate you, but to help you.
Getting sick is sometimes how you’re disciplined. It is one of the most natural things that show you something is wrong.
Because the universe knows the future, it knows when an illness is forming and it will show you signs. Fatigue, headache, or a common cold. Normally, these are signs to slow down and pay attention, but because human beings always want to be doing something instead of being, they don't stop to pay attention.
The universe's intervention may seem wicked when it makes your head ache so badly you can't even move it.
It may look wicked on the outside, but it's this wickedness that’s keeping you from going to the grave before your time.
When it hurts so badly, you take a look at it so if it seems wicked, then it is what it is!
It’s the same with accidents.
Maybe you spend too much time on the road driving aggressively like a crazy person. The universe knows if you keep it up and you're bound to die a tragic death, taking with you innocent souls who were doomed just by being where you were.
If your driving is dangerous and you are too precious to lose, you will be given the signs.
The signs could be an extreme annoyance on the road where every green light turns red as you approach or people cutting you off left and right. But because you're stubborn and hard-headed, you won't heed the signs.
What choice then do you give the universe than to orchestrate an accident where your car is completely totaled but you manage to get out of it wondering how the heck you made it alive? You were saved, but with your car totaled, you're forced off the road.
Sicknesses and accidents are the somewhat wicked ways the universe gets you to stop doing something that may harm you in a way you wish you were dead!
2. Unsettling Gut Feelings
Sometimes, you have this strong, inexplicable feeling inside of you and no matter what you do, you just can’t shake it.
Instead, it gets stronger and stronger by the day, making you so uncomfortable you wonder what’s coming.
When something is wrong, you will feel it in your gut. That's the work of the universe to tell you something is not quite right and you must stop and look around or stop and go back in the house or stop and think before taking the action.
Your gut will tell you when a certain relationship is bad for you. It may tell you to get out of that bus. It'll say don't go inside. These gut feelings will never make you feel good because there’s nothing to feel good about when danger is near.
You may ignore the feeling and stay in your toxic relationship only to get married and be stuck with a serial cheater who makes your life a living hell. This is an even worse fate than the wicked unsettling feelings that the universe brought on you.
You may ignore your gut feeling and get in the taxi only to have the worst experience of your life. You may listen to your gut and go back inside the house to find that you left the stove on.
The universe is not wicked.
Life is.
3. Delays and Roadblocks
Of course, you get angry and curse at the universe when you're delayed or when the road is blocked.
The road is blocked and you must wait in traffic for thirty minutes and you growl like an animal complaining the entire time.
Your flight gets delayed and there you are, assuming that the damned universe is out to get you again. You let out a silent cry sobbing inside your heart that the entire universe is conspiring against you.
If only you could see.
If only you had the eyes to see behind the scenes. If only you could see the tragedy you're been saved from.
You would see that maybe the irresponsible pilot had been drinking and was in no good shape and was found out and so they must wait for another pilot to arrive.
Do you think the universe will let you gamble with your life in that way?
No way!
If only you could see, you would see that you're being delayed in traffic because there’s a truck on the way whose brakes are going to malfunction and slam straight into you.
If you could see, you would see that everything in the universe had to work together to get that flight delayed, or the road blocked for your safety.
You would see that the series of unfortunate events that’s been happening to you lately is actually happening to save you from an even worse fate.
But you don’t see it and so you call it wicked. If that's wicked to you, then so be it.
Try to see and you’ll see the universe’s hand in protecting and guiding you. Learn how to look closely into situations and you’ll see that every misfortune is a blessing.
You’ll see that all the so-called wicked things that happen to you is because you carry within you something worth much more than diamonds and gold. If you're that valuable and so precious in the eyes of the universe, trust that the universe will be ruthless in protecting and keeping you out of harm's way.
And you don’t have to understand any of it.
Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are the ways of the universe higher than your ways.
