No problem.</p><blockquote id="22cf"><p><b>Simply put on your favorite jam and bust a move, like nobody is watching. **Spoiler alert! — no one actually is watching, so go for it!</b></p></blockquote><p id="f96f">What are your favorite songs?</p><p id="e06b">Make a playlist and simply play what your soul desires that day!</p><p id="de75"><b>Just make sure it’s an uplifting song that boosts your confidence.</b></p><p id="98e9">You don’t want to listen to sobby songs at this time. I’m not saying you shouldn’t ever, just this time, when you’re working on your confidence!</p><p id="49bb">Leave the sobby songs for the time you need to cry or feel sad, I do that too.</p><p id="04d7">There is time for all of our feelings to be attended.</p><p id="96c0">All of our emotions are there for a reason, and we must welcome them with appreciation for being there.</p><p id="1d10">So don’t undermine those feelings when they come, just don’t stay there too long with them.</p><p id="b830">Anyways, I’m rumbling, that’s another story for another day.</p><p id="22d5"><b><i>We are here to inspire confidence in ourselves today!</i></b></p><p id="adaf"><b><i>So dance your butt off and have fun! ;-))</i></b></p><h2 id="0f49">Final Thoughts</h2><p id="155a">You’ve accepted yourself, you’ve your powerful affirmations, now you simply turn on your favorite tunes and dance for 5, 10, 30 minutes a day.</p><p id="4b5f">It doesn’t matter how long.</p><blockquote id="22f0"><p><b>You might find the first few days you’ll do this for 5 minutes, then you’ll start feeling your confidence grow and want to do more of it! Check out these simple and fun habits you can do today and boost your confidence!

Are you tired of hearing that only stepping out of your comfort zone will give you confidence? I used to be a very shy person and have learnt to become confident through these much simpler quick confidence boosters you can do anywhere, at any time!

I used to be fascinated with people who had no problem speaking in public or say what’s on their mind without the fear of what other people may think of them.

I wanted to learn to be more confident when my 18 year marriage ended.

Becoming a single mom has taught me to stand up for myself and stop depending on others.

I needed to become confident for myself and my children.

I’ve found 3 simple ways to boost my confidence at any time, any place, no matter what’s going on around me.

Accept Your Uniqueness:

English is my second language, and I have an accent.

The first thing people ask me when they hear me speak for the first time is: “What’s your accent? “

It used to bother the heck out of me, and I’d rather not speak so that they won’t make fun of me.

Until one day, I accepted myself the way I am, with my accent.

It’s me, that’s how I speak, take it or leave it.

What happened after that is that I began to speak my mind, and I didn’t care what others thought of the way I speak.

I’ve lost some friends along the way, but I also became a successful coach and speaker people look up to.

Even when I was successful, people would tell me I should learn to lose my accent. Let’s just say, those people are not in my life anymore ;-)

They simply don’t deserve my presence.

Accepting my unique voice has led me to become more confident in myself.

Whatever it is you’re not accepting about yourself is what’s holding you back from becoming more confident.

Be it your body shape, your talent, your eye color, whatever it may be,

Fall in love with you!

Start loving yourself fully, with all of you, inside out and from the bottom to the top!

Once you do, no one can shake your confidence!

Daily Confidence Boosting Mantras

Everybody needs to hear what I have to say!

Not “who’s gonna listen to me” or “what people may think” or “what if x, y, z happened.”

Learn to affirm yourself in the mirror every single day!

It only takes 5 minutes at any time of your day, wherever you are, you can do this.

At first, it’ll feel a little awkward, you may have some doubts, but,

The more you tell yourself these affirmations, the more they’ll become true for you.

Here are some of my favs:
