3 Simple Tricks To Get Out of Your Head, and Enjoy the Moment Instead
A recipe for a mindful way of life

In our daily lives, we may find ourselves being too focused on our thoughts to the point where we forget to enjoy the present moment.
So today I’d like to share with you, 3 simple tricks to get out of your head, and enjoy the moment instead, and these are:
1-Listening to music
2-Directing your focus into the external world
3-Helping others
1-Listening to music
When used intentionally, music can be a really powerful tool.
It can travel us in time, shift our mindset, and improve our mood.
That’s why listening to uplifting music can help us to take our focus out of our head, and enjoy the present moment.
2-Directing your focus into the external world
When we are lost in our thoughts, it can become impossible to witness the outside world truly.
When that happens, it doesn’t matter even if we are surrounded by the most beautiful of views, we cannot see through a vision blocked with our thoughts.
That’s why making the conscious decision to direct our focus out of our mind, and into the external world can help us to be more present. To do that, we can decide to focus on what we are seeing around us, and appreciate them.
Whether it is the trees that are dancing to the tune of the wind or the evening sky that changes colors every minute, we can enjoy the present moment by focusing on the outside world.
3-Helping others
When we get too focused on ourselves, our problems get magnified, and this can make us forget that we are not the only ones suffering. This feeling is an isolating one because it can make us feel alone with our problems.
That’s why helping others is a great way to get out of our heads, and find strength through helping others. This way we can also take our focus back to the present moment, and become more mindful.
