And do it whenever you want it or need it…
A full practice is simple when you follow these 3 simple steps.
And wanting full practice is why you’re reading this article, right?
Then let’s dive deeper into these 3 simple and repeatable steps.
Filling Your Client Calendar Step 1
Clients Not Seen in Awhile
You’re going to love this one because it’s so easy.
Look through your case files, client notes, appointment book, emails etc. for clients you’ve not seen in a while. Create a list of the top 10.
Filling Your Client Calendar Step 2
Call or email your top 10. Be sure you have permission.
Say you’re calling just to check-in and see how they’re doing.
Then listen. Maybe ask a few questions.
In my experience and that of my students and members, about 50% of these people will say something like:
“You know, I’m so glad you called. Just the other day I was thinking about making an appointment with you.”
Filling Your Client Calendar Step 3:
Schedule your client
This one is the most difficult. Ready?
Fill up slots in your calendar with each person that requests an appointment.
I could make this harder for you, but why?
